Loving the Traitors this year as ever. Love the civilian one, love the celeb one. It’s all good.

Wish they would show a little more of the general chit chat and larking about. Often prefer those scenes to the tasks.

I’m another one who wasn’t crazy about Miranda before but love her on the Traitors. She seems so down to earth, so kind, thoughtful. And funny. I love her unselfconscious silliness.

Also enjoying Romesh, James A and B, Jerry, Joanna, Michael. All of them really. Ross is a bit harder to warm to but he brings a different energy!

I feel for James A as a reluctant traitor and agree he does seem uncomfortable. But I guess it’s a bit of a different vibe and perhaps he will warm up to it.

I just want to say i appreciate the Guns N Roses references in the threads @CaveMum

I adore Miranda. I adored her show. I adore her in this. I think her emotional moment was quite touching. She's been extremely ill and isolated. It's fantastic she's been able to take part in this, and I really wish they'd show more of the celebs getting to know one another, and unlikely friendships forming, like we saw between Joe M and Nick M last year.

I was out on Thursday and Friday so have just caught up. Poor Joe didn't do himself any favours did he? I'm also thinking they might fail to make anyone catch a yawn.

I like Rosskemp. His alright.

I am literally laughing at his intense paranoia at the beginning, why does he seem to think he is literally going to be killed 😄😄😄

I dislike Joe lycett I am so sorry - was cheering when he was killed off

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice! I had the song stuck in my head when I did the first thread and seeing as it can be a real pain to keep coming up with thread titles I though I’d stick with the lyrics as they seemed to fit well 🤣

I thought exactly the same as you about James B, particularly when he jumped down Joe’s throat about the bit where he said something like “if you banish me tonight they’ll have to recruit again”’ as though he was so clever and quick to catch Joe out without his brain being quick or clever enough to realise Joe was saying it because he was being accused of being a traitor. In which case if he was voted out then yes they would have the opportunity to recruit again.

I hate the tasks. They really should reduce their airtime. All this dragged out "drama" ooohh they are going to catch us, ooohh we only have 30 seconds left to run 14 kilometres uphill but oh look they've made it... yaaaaaawwwnnnn!!!! The convos in the castle are much more interesting and related to the game!

I really dislike Jerry and dont think she adds anything to the show. Loving Blunty, Joanne, and Romesh, but I am biased as I love them outside of the traitors. Nobody is really standing out as a massive character like Alan Carr did last year.

Side note but I think they should get money added to the prize pot for catching a traitor. In the Irish one this year, when it got closer to the end a lot of people were confident they knew one of the traitors but wouldnt vote her out because they wouldnt know who would get recruited in her place so they kept her in until the final.

Even if they don’t fail, I feel as if it might be quite obvious once people know there was a murder in plain sight and that it was one of Ross or Jerry who was the victim that the people in that room are possible perpetrators. I think it maybe puts them under pressure for the first time. But who knows?

Ross swinging between ‘I’ll do anything for the team’ and pure paranoia is hilarious.

Agree. Both very beautiful women. Jerry is also hilarious.

I wasn't expecting to like Jerry but I have warmed to her personality.

I’ve missed loads of the thread so I don’t know if anyone has posted that Hannah Fry’s latest podcast episode is about yawning. I doubt that’s a coincidence.

it is interesting how they dont show any general chit chat, it is noticeable that they only show them talking about theories. i think that is a new thing in the programme, it has changed.

Obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that but to me this is a photo of a beautiful woman in a bad dress.

I don’t think she looks like a natural beauty - she looks like she's spent a lot of money achieving her look - but she does look beautiful.

Joe is very well known in his industry for being the kindest, most generous soul. Very respectful.

But I can see how his comedic manner gives a slight dickish impression!

I like him but I can see how, if you're not familiar with him, you'd think he was a bit of a dick based on Traitors. He is funny, but he does depend on people responding to his persona in the right way and he's not very good at saving the situation if they don't play along, or react the way he intends. There were a few times when people started responding to his silly time wasting emails in kind, also being ridiculous and basically doing it back to him, and he didn't really know how to deal with it so he just cut the whole thing off.

I think he hoped the performance in there could somehow be mined for more comedy than it ended up delivering. It was essentially a joke that fell flat.

Joe leaving was sad , he’s such a lovely man and extremely generous in real life . I wish it was
James A who left as is known to be a bit of a jerk and is tolerated but not liked much on the circuit

I think James A lost a lot of friends when he attacked Ricky Gervais for saying he agreed with JK Rowling.
