Problems with ITVx

I enjoyed watching the first two episodes of the new series of "Long Lost Family: Without A Trace" but have not been able to watch the next 2-3 episodes as they just do not appear on the free ITVx platform although they have been broadcast. I contacted the platform to no avail.

Have I just been unlucky with this series or is it a feature of ITVx to only show a couple of programmes of a series? Unfortunately I am not good at staying awake after 9pm to watch live!

I've had exactly the same problem. I contacted them too but they were absolutely useless.

ITVx usually show all episodes of a series but if it is on terrestrial television, the episodes are sometimes delayed by a week before they appear on ITVx. At least, that's my experience.
