I keep watching it and chuckling.

No doubt about it Chelsey and Rihanna are giving bitchy mean girl but however, jEdward splashing lynx was absolutely unnecessary, and Johanne getting involved also wasn’t necessary. Omar when he come running out the diary room had me in stitches. Rob looked petrified. I mean this is giving old school big brother. I do not like Joanne, what she said to Chelsey during the task is what kicked this all off and honestly it’s unnecessary. Sometimes it’s best just to say nothing at all. I don’t like how she came at Samuel about being a team either, the poor guy is friends with most of them and she basically just dragged him through the mud for checking if someone was okay. His facial expressions are something else 🫠

I don’t think anyone covered themselves in glory. Chelsey and rianna running back and forth reporting back on every single comment and stoking the fires and Joanne chanting about the brother/ sister thing on repeat all the way through the argument - so antagonistic. It was nothing to do with her and she really amped up an already heated confrontation. Although I do have some sympathy with her re lynx simpering over Chelsey at every opportunity.

I liked Jedwards honesty and I agree with what they said, but they could have phrased it better- the girls are pretty young and I’d give them a bit of leeway for that. But I liked that they’re not all fluffy and superficial and weren’t afraid to say what they thought.

Lynx was absolutely cringeworthy - all puffed up and aggro when someone ‘wronged’ his love interest and marching out all guns blazing. He knows the camera’s on him and he’s revelling in the drama. I don’t really understand why jedward splashed him though - couldn’t really see what prompted that and seemed like a pretty childish response.

Pauline! I love her even more! Her comments to Lynx were spot on- take the feedback, stop the aggression, chill the fuck out. She was so calm and measured. She also listened to Joanne’s concerns about Lynx not backing her but she never really takes sides. She’s brilliant! Pauline to win

This is a great cast as they’re saying what they think (mostly) & being real rather than pussy-footing around each other! It’s making great telly!

The clip from tomorrow where Chelsey wants to speak to (one of) Jedward & he’s not having it was excellent - can’t wait to see how that plays out!

I’d never have guessed I’d ever be a Jedward fan but they’ve been amazing - fun but also calling out the bullshit nastiness from Rhianna & Chelsey & sticking up for themselves! Fab television!

Whoever it was (me) who said the group chat would live or die on the guests was right. Chloe Burroughs was on tonight and it was so boring I wanted to chuck the telly out the window. Also so much vocal fry you could’ve rustled up an egg sandwich.

As for the row. Ok. So jedward were/was (?) right, in that the girls wound up lynx but it all came across as quite sexist to me. Have a go at the girls then have another go at them when they get upset and bring in the love interests to stick up for them. Given Jedward is/are (?) two blokes - yes, yes, infantile but nonetheless - they did shout Rihanna down and bulldoze Chelsey.

the whole thing was a mess. Still, not a teeny tiny wet patch on fight night from series 5.

Well, that was indeed an interesting episode.

Isn’t Chelsey a social worker supporting families (who are most likely in crisis)? If so, I am flabbergasted at her lack of maturity. At almost 30 years of age. It’s like she has reverted to a teenage girl before our very eyes. My 15 year old DD thinks Chelsey and Rhiana are the Year 8s of the house.

Lynx’s cool, calm, man of reason mask hides a very quick temper. And he did say to Johanne all that about looking out for / protecting the black women in the house. It has proved to be a good piece of editing from BB that they showed that short convo from a few days ago.

And I love the fact that poor Omar was in the Diary Room the whole time and missed it. It will be interesting to see how the events get relayed to him from various different housemates and their different perspectives.

Great viewing though I felt Jedward didn't need to escalate things by the splashing of the water. They are significantly older than who they targeted, and with loads more experience on TV and reality shows.

I'm sure their brief was to stir up trouble but it felt too goady for me with Lynx being pushed to perform in a way that certainly let himself down.

Agree on the two mean girl vibes but again, much younger, with there being a bit of a power imbalance when Jedward were both telling Rhianna how not to behave etc. It didn't particularly sit right with me and I get the feeling John and Edward are not that pleasant.

I laughed Rob's bewilderment and Rochelle's suggestion that the house is so bad the celebrity guests had to leave.

I am enjoying this house as a collective - so far - over last years.

Jedward are only 4 years older than Chelsey. She seems too immature to be a social worker 😯

Rhianna is only 21 though, and that is who they were addressing.

It's wild to me that BB didn't call Lynx to the diary room as soon as he started shouting and squaring up, but left it for ages before calling him to the DR.

Not mad about it though tbh. Remember the OG fight night in BB5 where it literally escalated to the point of cloches and plates being thrown, security being called in before they even put them in separate rooms 😂

Absolutely agree with this. I can't get behind the notion that Rhianna and Chelsey are being labelled "bitches" etc, when they are having these sort of vile , malicious comments thrown at them. Johanne's behaviour is off the scale aggressive - both her words and gestures .I mean calling someone a cancer ????I don't blame them for seeking support in each other .

It wasn't OK for Jedward to call them bitches. However, they massively exaggerated what Jedward initially said to wind Lynx up. Joanne then stuck her oar in for no apparent reason.

They were both acting 'too cool' to join in with the Jedward dancing. Jedward obviously clocked them being snide. I expect there was more to it than the edit we saw.

I agree @Whisperwaves- they were being quite mean & snide during the dancing & Jedward totally clocked it.
