Traitors US Season 4 now on iPlayer

Couldn't see another thread?

Just binged the first four.

Very much the fare as before with a sprinkling of Real Housewives, some gamers and participants from shows such as Survivor and Big Brother. Maura Higgins represents this side of the pond.

I was amused during the previous series by how the Housewives in particular didn't like, against all logic, voting against each other. Loyalty versus reason. So it will be interesting to see how that pans out for them this time.

If you think the outfits are out there in Traitors US, try Traitors India!

Loved Traitors India but definitely something odd about that near the end of<taps nose>

I was surprised the US celeb one isn’t for charity!

Traitors India is my next watch I think...

All v true! Esp Rob winning for hotness alone - I love that practically everyone fancied him, male and female, that must’ve helped. But he also played a blinding game, and I don’t think Maura ever seriously doubted him. The edit made it look like she was swaying to Tara, but Tara was being way more fishy with her ‘I know Jonny is faithful’ (never say you know! How could you unless traitor!) and she’d just had that round table where she shafted Natalie so even tho it was never mentioned (editing again) she was a way more suspicious character throughout.

Loved Rob’s take on why the skaters changed after ‘recruitment’, and also fair enough point re Eric about not giving 100k to someone you only just met vs sharing it with your family. There’s loads of cute pix on his insta of him with his little sister so I believe him on that, and he also apparently bought Maura a birkin bag as an apology. Not that I’m obsessed lol, I’ll have forgotten all of them soon enough, but it’s been a great season with a great winner.

I’ve also discovered more than i’ll ever need to know in life about Rob Rausch after watching this series of the traitors, casually watching a couple of edits of him and he now seems to be the main star of my tiktok algorithm!

I thought he was great and particularly liked when he called Michael out for hilariously using commiserating as an insult which made no sense at all.

i think this makes it more entertaining as they’re more desperate to win and more ruthless.
the Uk celeb one, though entertaining, people are only fed up about getting voted out or killed off as it’s less screen time/exposure and they’re generally more well known to start with. The majority of the US ones they’re reality stars so reliant on these shows for employment and as a job so really play the part and take it much more seriously.

Oh yes - 'commiserating!' That was classic. It was bugging me too so love that he spoke up. Although a really great traitor-hunter might've twigged that if he was chill enough to focus on that amidst the tension, he must've been a traitor.

I noticed that The Traitors Canada has started on iPlayer. I've made a new thread.

Ohhhhh! Though I think I have seen season 1 already via iPlayer. Maybe a new season?
they were all nice and polite was my takeaway from it!

Agreed, he gets full credit for that. I don't think I would have viewed it as a pointer to him being a traitor; if anything a traitor is more likely to stay under the radar and put up with it.

Just caught up on the end over the weekend. Bloody Maura. Fair play to her though, she looked stunning and has boosted her profile in an incredible way. She must have been delighted with it, despite losing.

Strongly recommend Traitors India. I found it absolutely hilarious, definitely my fave foreign version, despite the ending. Traitors is Hungary is also really good but it’s not on iPlayer. You have to go to crazy lengths to track it down so only for butter diehards. Canada I’ve seen 1 and found it mid - do people recommend 2 and 3?

I enjoyed the Indian Traitors. I found it very interesting how they could switch to English, halfway through a sentence. I enjoyed the host very much.

Rob was a great traitor but a very beige man. I watched the reunion and he just seemed so nonchalant and bland, maybe that’s the vibe he’s going for.

I loved Ron and Michael and wished they’d have lasted longer for the comedy value. We are still shouting ‘show me your FACES’ in a Ron accent in our house weeks later.

He's not an actor or a big personality so he may come across beige when he's not actively doing something and just having to chat shit on that show. I find the reunion quite weird/unsatisfying as the big personalities are playing up so much (Candiace was unbearable!) and there's nothing much to say of any substance. That presenter was very strange too, terrible croaky voice and just kept firing off questions instead of steering it well and helping it to become a conversation. Rob just wants to be on his ranch wrestling snakes or building model airplanes. I think in real life he's probably not so beige but the showbiz stuff isn't his thing.

Possibly not and next to the screeching housewives I suspect most people would look quiet. However at the reunion in particular he just looked totally disinterested like he didn’t even want to be there. Maybe he didn’t.

The ending of Indian Traitors was a bit of a shame, but it is still WELL worth watching

Rob was a fantastic Traitor; however, I didn't like the way he sold out Eric. I get the rationale I still thought it was mean and left me with a sour taste. Maura was the classic dummy riding to the end on other coattails.

Recklessismymiddlename · 30/07/2026 09:46

I think bar Australia S2 which is my favourite ever that has been shown, Indian Traitors is my next favourite one. The characters are just next level. None of my friends and family who are avid traitors watchers have watched it so happy I can discuss my love for the Indian one on here 😁
