House of the Dragon S 3 on Sky

Beginning June 22nd. Anyone else watching?
It's been so long since S2 that I had to do a quick rewatch!
Can't wait for the Battle of the Gullet, but may also have to watch through my fingers. ( I read the book so am forewarned)

I haven't had the time to watch it yet. It is a busy summer for us.

I think, it just doesn’t have the dialogue that game of thrones had, it doesn’t have the likeable characters that pull you into the story like game of thrones, it lacks the warmth and humour too.

Alicent, who is a good character hasn’t really had much to do or say, and has been a little one dimensional.

Maybe there aren’t enough characters to fill the scenes or too similar character., or maybe it’s too long between seasons to remember and still care. The earlier seasons were better, faster paced and wider emotions. It’s all a little samey and boring.
