I’ve just watched and I will be raging if that vile bitch has just got away with it. Surely bloody not? What is wrong with Emmerdale? It’s one extreme to another, months and months of a DV situation that never ended, same with the trafficking and both perps are just killed off and and now this hideous creature just drives off into
the sunset. It does victims of rape zero justice.

The more I think of it the more I'm raging that Todd has got away with what she did to Charity. What sort of message does that send to any victim of sexual assault? If that's the last we've seen of Todd, Emmerdale have been completely irresponsible and have done more damage than good.

I don’t think it’ll be the end of it. Just because we saw her drive off it doesn’t mean she won’t be back. I think emmerdale would be foolish to send that sort of message. The Tom King story rattled on for months and months but he got his comeuppance in the end because they need to show that DV victims can speak out and get justice.

I don't think this is the end of Dr. Todd, it's just reflecting how drawn out these things are in real life.

I felt the detective telling Charity if there's anything at all that can help build a case will probably lead to Charity remembering something that could be useful, maybe the blackmailing or text messages and then we'll see justice.

Craig got away with raping Lydia as there was no forensic evidence and he claimed it was consensual. Surely they can't allow Todd to get away with it as well with exactly the same line. Rape victims find it hard enough to come forward without seeing perpetrators get away with it on soaps.
