Am really looking forward to this being on this afternoon....Proper singalong family entertainment for a Sunday afternoon...(too much bl*dy sport on at the moment)

Just have to convince the Dcs that Cbeebies is broken and route out my hidden chocolate

"i could have danced all night, la la la" [twirling emoticon]

Do you know, I was just singing why can a woman be more like a man this morning....

Except in my version it was why can a man be more like a woman!!

Am going to enjoy!!

I like My Fair Lady. I'm not sure my children would appreciate it though - they are playing football outside!

Raahh · 22/06/2008 15:02

i can share my chocolate- or some half sucked jelly beans dd has just handed back, if you prefer

Not convinvced about the half sucked jelly beans though...

youcannotbeserious · 22/06/2008 15:06

Chocolate for me too please.

duvetgirl · 22/06/2008 15:06

is it milk chocolate?

Raahh · 22/06/2008 15:09

yes, cadburys finest, but i think ds has just spotted it...

they are not too chuffed by my programme choice, so this may not last long....

I'm making DS watch it.

But, he is only 5WO so not in too much of a position to complain (but hasn't started squaking yet!!)

duvetgirl · 22/06/2008 15:13

When I can drag myself away from the computer I will go and watch it.

youcannotbeserious · 22/06/2008 15:14

DG!

You need to get a laptop so that you can watch TV AND mess about on MN (and Ebay if you are me!!)

duvetgirl · 22/06/2008 15:16

I have never done ebay - yet

Raahh · 22/06/2008 15:16

dd keeps chucking my key board- dh will have a fit if she breaks any more keys....

oh NO! KK will not be the same

I love this film!

Lucycat · 22/06/2008 16:37

My dd's (8 and 5) are enraptured - dd1 adores Audrey's dresses.

I am singing along very loudly - as is dh

Raahh · 22/06/2008 16:46

i always wanted a hat like the one she wears at ascot- it really is a little girls dream, isn't it.

OP posts:
Raahh · 22/06/2008 16:48

kk just does not have the class of Audrey- can't really see that any one would have. And imo, it is a musical that as a flim does NOT need a remake.

too true!! I've never seen her in anything where i thought she could act- in 'Pirates' the boat had more charisma...

methinks it is a ploy to appeal to the 'men' in the audience....Dh says KK is stunning...

I think her neck is too long
