Agree he should’ve given her more warning and let her down gently. Rather than shagging her 4 times a day at the bitter end, when he’d apparently already decided she wasn’t a great option for a stable family life.

Did she deserve it? I think so, because she allowed herself to believe (and even tried to “manifest”) his love for her, despite his constant anxiety-blinking. Apparently totes unaware her sozzled slanging might’ve given him the ick.

I think Bec will be fine. She’s obviously an intelligent woman and she knew the score. She’s a drama queen and enjoyed the high drama. I never took to Danny. He’s not genuine.

A few months I think from previous series. I think Danny’s speech was ok. But obviously she has felt she has been strung along. He should have left earlier. Screen time lure got the better of him.

Just so nice to see in their eyes the total attraction and honest love for each other. Stella looked great in that dress.

Rachel is too good for Steven, he is very rigid, boring, he always looks scared on the edge of the seat. She otoh is very positive and loving.

I think she is desperate for any man to show her attention and love. It’s a shame because she has so much to offer.

Yes, humans are superficial creatures. She one of the nicest humans on the show by a country mile. The kindest and most attractive imo.

I hate to admit this, but I find some of Danny’s comments to camera about other couples, quite sensible and perceptive.

Danny can be a total pig but he has good perception, stays cool in a crisis and has a good read on people. For all his rotten flaws, he is patient, how he tolerated Bec every time she had a drink is beyond me. I’d hate to be trapped in there with her, she’s to unstable for me, Danny or any other bride/groom. She’s such a nasty bully girl with a softness too.

He's perceptive enough to know that life with her would be perpetual chaos and never knowing whether she was going to be reasonable or not one day to another. Can't blame him for bailing, but he definitely could have done it earlier, I mean it's not like it was a slow descent into madness...

It would be interesting to know what some of them would have been like if they had been paired with others in the ixperiment. I would like to see an alternative universe where the other brides were paired with Filip/David or the grooms were paired with Stella

It struck me early on that Stella and Filip have a much deeper connection in that they come from backgrounds with a lot of similarities and share some quite fundamental values. They are both quite recent immigrants and both feel that they have struggled and built lives for themselves. I think they went in with aligned expectations, the fact that they seem to really fancy each other helps too.

Racho and Stevo probably end up as friends and I really want to hear that David has found a lovely new girlfriend who deserves him.

What struck me about the difference between Flipper and Stellar and Racho & Stevo was that F&S appeared to be coming together as two relatively whole individuals, both reasonably comfortable in their own skin and both ready to commit to another person. Whereas R&S were coming to this as two unhealed people, both with a bit of victim mentality. Racho seemed very needy and Stevo seemed avoidant. Whilst neither one of them was unlikeable or horrible, they weren't coming to this as whole, healthy people and it is on that basis that I think they are doomed! That's my tuppence ha'penny worth of amateur psychology anyhow.
