According to the internet, it’s 35 or older that is deemed to be ‘ geriatric ‘ and that feels young to me. Considering many young people don’t want children in their teens or their 20s because it’s so expensive and almost impossible these days , it should be called something else ? That now call Junior doctors ‘resident doctors ‘ so just drop the G word for older mums!
It is just horrible isn’t it.

Agree about Nicola developing PND and baby Ivy being very cute. Also Grant having his eye on Linda.

Bloody Eddie has got back in touch with George at the worst time, right when he's got a new baby!

I think Linda is supposed to be in her late 40s now. Slightly older than Nicola. George is supposed to be in his 50s?

I hope that Eddie dies sooner rather than later.
Nobody will miss him, no Julia’s theme for him!
I didn’t think that the new restaurant would work , it feels a business too far for George. He may have been better off investing in the gym or buying out Sharon and Phil instead.

Harry is 24 and I vaguely remember Nicola referencing that she had him in her early 20s during the whole Shereeen thing .. so she’s not far off Linda.. not to mention it’s all fictional and stranger things have happened in the streets of Walford 😅😂

It’s such a shame as it is a good vibe for a restaurant, I’d love it in real life.. but they didn’t do enough for the culture leading up to it for it to be successful

Linda isn't pregnant and in Max's bed on NYD 2027. She is shown as one of the potential brides, putting on her makeup.

Julie would have had to pay for Nigel's room until she cleared it out, which tends to focus your mind on getting it cleared out pretty fast.

Nicola's sister and/or mother are probably going to turn up, but the talk about terrible parents was really an intro for George's adoptive dying dad. How does he think he's going to talk George round after killing his birth dad? That's a big ask.

Right? Those potential brides could literally just be wedding goers. Big fat red herrings all over the place.

Yes. Linda very clearly isn't pregnant in that episode, so she isn't the one in Max's bed.

Well yes, they can't all be The Bride! They are just possibilities. But Linda is not up the duff or in Max's bed.

Fair point @Shellingbynight I had forgotten. Linda was a potential bride.

I was trying to work out how old George and Nicola were. Every I’m EE has babies as a teenager or a “geriatric.”

I noticed that there was two different babies playing Ivy, or at least it looked that way to me, in some shots the baby had more hair.

All jokes aside, I genuinely believe the pregnant person in the flat could be Priya… she could already be pregnant and it’s not even Max’s tbf.

I don’t know why I think that but I thought it to start with, and it’s stuck in my brain since.

Denise definitely is not the bride but.. I have no idea who might be. 😂

For me, Peter’s refusal to attend the wedding in the flash forward only makes sense if the bride is Cindy. Why would he be so upset if it was anyone else? But that is at odds with Ian being best man. Unless Cindy and Ian are involved in some kind of plot against Max.

@the80sweregreat George opening that restaurant with no culinary experience and a shoestring staff (it looks as if just Denzil and Gina work there. He said he couldn’t afford a proper chef. So who is making the Ghanaian fusion food..) was so odd. Now he is never there and it is losing money. Make it make sense!

Peter is angry with Max because of “what he did” which is something we don’t know yet, not because of the bride.

George's restaurant set up is really daft. The one thing you definitely need is a good chef.

I think Nicola is about 45? Ivy looked too big/old to have recently been so premature.

Oh, well perhaps he cheats on Cindy and is marrying someone else so Peter is upset about that. Cindy did look extremely embittered when she was getting ready in the flash forward.

Question is, who else could possibly be marrying Max by the New Year - it’s only about 6 months away?!

Just rewatched the flash forward episode
Chelsea is trying to clean a white dress
there’s a white dress hanging at Denise and jacks
we don’t see any dresses with Linda and Cindy but we can assume none are the pregnant woman. Surely it can’t be Denise marrying him as she wouldn’t be getting ready at jacks

Max looks at the pregnant sleeping woman with kind of sadness, pity so I don’t think he’s ’with’ them but it’s odd he’s in bed with them if not

max is clearly in with some dodgy people, he says this to Lauren but he’s also done something terrible as Peter is really angry with him. It’s also weird that he said Lauren ‘grassed him up’ when all she actually did in the episode was open the door to the police. Well actually what he said was ‘your sister grassed me up’ maybe pregnant woman is abi, she never died, got mixed up in a crime gang etc etc I wouldn’t put it past them

Realistically Ivy would still be in hospital given how early she was born. And yes, she looks too big. It’s giving Giant Baby Pearl😂

I don’t think Max is sleeping with the sleeping woman so could be Stacey.

On Reddit some out there brides/pregnant women theories are Bea (she’s leaving soon though) and Tanya. She’d only be the bride though.

Someone really dumb enough to be taken in by Max.

I still think it’s a sham wedding… but could be Tanya for a third time!
I didn’t watch from 2010 to about 2023, could max have had a child with someone else ?
