They've made various grouped threads, this one is all EE spoiler threads. It makes it easier to find the past ones but it wasn't particularly hard in the first place, so... no idea!

Haha so true. Someone will move to Essex (Ongar and Southend seem to be popular choices) and everyone behaves as if they are literally going to other side of the planet.

Meanwhile someone else decides to go and live in South America, packs a duffle bag in 10 minutes and shuffles off with their entire family as if they are just moving down the road (looking at you Stacey).

They could have sent Stacey over to Spain. At least Jean could have visited with a cheap fight out to Alicante , but going to Brazil last minute was madness!

That last minute trip to Brazil would've cost thousands for them all

To be fair, Sean pushed Brazil and ( I assume ) he paid for it all? He was doing well wasn’t he, running a bar.

It was ridiculous, and so hurried. No one even mentions her now!

Jean went through a stage of mentioning Stacey occasionally when she was annoyed at Jasmine once and wanted to send her a carnival outfit in the post !
She hasn’t been talked about since, not even at Christmas.
Did Lily and Charli move back with Jean ?
They must have done as they were not seen queuing for the toilet last week as far as I recall !

But you can’t go to live in Brazil with 3 children on one way tickets at the drop of a hat without appropriate visas (which take months) and proof of your own funds to support yourself. Stacey wouldn’t have had that as she was permanently broke. The whole thing was completely bonkers.

@Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain I think you’ve called it, Grant getting Linda pregnant. I got the feeling that Max wasn’t romantically involved with New Year pregnant woman, but I totally see him sharing a bed with Linda in a none sexual way.

Yep, the Brazil thing was bad. They don’t seem to research these moves much !!

I know it was horrible, but the little film of E ‘ laine did make me smile today ! It did look realistic. I suppose it’ll be on everyone’s phone soon and Ian will feel bad.

Oh yes, and the voiceover said something about sleaze and Max walked out 🤣.

Felt sad for Julie, but overall it wasn’t a bad episode today. Not sure why Johnny can’t use the money for his business though and I think Nicola may start to suffer with PND. Once she’s sorted out George’s dad.
I don’t think that Knight Fusion will stay open long by the sounds of it. He owes Nicola 10k as well.

I completely forgot Johnny was in today’s episode. So after going through all that drama to get Tim’s money, it is just gathering dust in his account because he ‘can’t spend it’. Pointless end to a pointless storyline.

Linda surely can’t have another baby. She must be about 53-54 now?? I liked her comment to Max and Cindy that their fling will be over before today’s milk gets old or something like that😂

I’m assuming Nicola’s family will appear soon since she was going on and on about her parents and sister Gemma. Normally invisible siblings are only mentioned like that by name if they are due to make an entrance. Baby Ivy is cute!

Yep, Gemma will probably show up for a visit and be a pain as Nicola may be struggling a bit with it all.
Probably even the mum , who sounds a bit of a dragon. I can’t see them being the supportive happy sort somehow. Probably bring up jumpers and be a bit off with George as well. Although I’ve not heard about any new characters.

Linda and Nicola are similar age.. if Nicola has just had a baby, Linda definitely could. However they’ve already done a “geriatric” storyline with her when she had Ollie. I put quotation marks because I absolutely hate that word but due to exhaustion can’t think of a better one. X

I also feel that the geriatric tag they use for older mums should be dropped. Many women are having children later in life now and it sounds demeaning.
Surely it could be dropped?

It feels like the person who came up with that term was being a dick and it caught on
