They all seem to go to the cafe for hot drinks not matter how little money they seem to have!

Ian owns a takeaway and a restaurant (although he is never seen in either) and eats/drinks in the Vic all the time. Ditto Cindy who owns the Albert but frequently goes to the square’s other drinking holes for a glass of wine.

No-one owns a washing machine, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in anyone’s house, so everyone goes to the laundrette.

Characters who are flat broke will complain about their poverty…whilst sitting over a cooked breakfast in the Cafe or a series of drinks in the Vic.

I think I remember there was a washing machine under the stairs at Dot's (Sonia/Lauren) house from when Reiss lived there.

Also, I think the Slater kitchen has a washing machine, as I remember Stacey getting washing out from it 👍

I remember Reiss having a washer too.! He was washing something when he tied up Bianca. Probably to try and evade being found out.
However, you rarely see these people doing anything normal such a big shop , hanging out washing or any kind of cleaning ( unless it’s to cover up a murder )

You never see anyone cleaning but every house is immaculate (unless it deliberately looks grotty for plot reasons) even if it’s a tardis house with a dozen people plus kids. Front rooms are always tidy and clean, kitchens are spotless as if no-one ever cooks or eats in them. Billy and Honey’s flat looked a bit pokey but even that place has had a glow up.

I can’t fathom the layout of Billy and Honeys flat, since the glow up, I can’t work out where anything is.

How many bedrooms do all of the houses have? Have they secretly added bedrooms as the years have gone by?

Peacock palace was Max’s house once? But it now has extra rooms?

I agree about Billy and Honey's place! It's like the table and sofa are the wrong way around now compared to the kitchen and front window 🤔

Peacock Palace has a basement flat, I assume Elaine and Linda are supposed to live there but we never see it. Then the other bedrooms are for the guests, Max has been staying there since Doomsday, Grant is there now, and I guess they have two other bedrooms

Ergh jasmine’s one dimensional blink acting is back, another death on the square incoming?

I didn’t appreciate the signing twins on Thursday either. Let’s show our stage school range.

Josh and Jasmine are a tedious combination. More scenes with them in today’s episode and - again - Pierre (Oscar) looked like he was tuning out. This love triangle shite is dragging Oscar down.

I was watching a documentary on EE years ago and they showed a bit of the filming and the sets all move around. Not sure since they refurbished it all , but that’s how it used to be done. It was fascinating.
The houses are like a tardis at times and you never see much mess. If someone does smash up the place , it’s quickly cleaned up again.

I do like Josh, but maybe just concentrate on his hair dressing skills and so on. A youngster doing well without any criminal activity as well is a nice idea.

Instead of Gina shopping her dad to the authorities , why doesn’t she suggest a care / nursing home instead ? He has given away all his life savings now , he may even get it paid for. Might not be an option though as a criminal? .. not sure.
George goes off with a hungry crying baby and no milk .. yeah ok !
The freezer wasn’t under the stairs a few weeks ago was it. When Cindy hid in there.
Losing the will do live with these dodgy cars. Sam was taking a risk as well. Just recovered from cancer and now turning back into her old ways and faking alibi's
It’s going to get complicated isn’t it and not make any sense.
The twins , why wasn’t Josh at work and he looked freezing cold. Seemed a bit of a complex game with many rules and he last saw her when he was eight apparently and they remembered all this and the rules and played it all the time. Or more of a plot device to take your shirt off in front of an increasingly bored looking Oscar. The big affair is brewing isn’t it. Max is becoming as yappy as Lauren.
Penny looked well, is her new shop open yet ?

I don’t watch eastenders to see bloody kids games. They are an incredibly annoying talentless couple of kids and they are bringing Oscar down with them. Haven't any of them got a job to go to.

Ok so the car thing has sort of been explained. Torch the legal cars so as to force Lauren to buy and sell the stolen ones. hmmmmm

Is Lauren aware that the cars are stolen ones ? I missed some of the chat they had together.

They have kept Priya on then. I am surprised as she stole a car from the lot only a few weeks ago , but clearly that’s been sorted out by Max who must spend hours on the phone to sort out insurance claims.

Pryia begged Max to keep her on after she stole the car, cried and said she’d do anything to keep her job. So now she is indebted to him. I think we can all see where and how this will end..

She will just be the one thrown under the bus when it all goes south.

I am still not clear how torching four motors = 200k by Friday. Even if the so called plan works he’d be lucky to get a quarter of that. Four days to go and not a dodgy motor in sight yet.

How does Lauren being made partner = plenty of money for everything including Jimmy’s nursery? She's deluded.

I think Oscar and Josh work well together. Oscar looks the right amount of confused and conflicted when he’s with Josh and Jasmine.

I can’t wait for Mark to get kidnapped. Please nobody bring him back.

Max said the insurance would take ages to come through. What is Mark’s plan to get any kind of money over to Delaney in the meantime ?
Considering that Lauren has two children and Pet ahh is laid up and Oscar isn’t even running the stall anymore and a broken freezer , she is still able to look fabulous and sort out her business affairs at any time whilst everything else seems to be falling apart.
Having two children run me ragged years ago , without any of those other things going on!
You never see them doing a school run.

What is Oscar doing now if he isn't helping with the stall? He must need cash.
It was news to me that Peter is also a PT. We never see him doing any work at all.

Mark's cunning plan seems to be to force Lauren into selling his dodgy motors. Again. And he thinks that within four days he'll have £200k to show for it. It makes no sense, like the rest of Mark's entire plot. It was a really poor episode today.

No, now Pet ahh has hurt his back we probably won’t see him doing anything. More reason for Oscar to step up , but he is too busy trying to avoid getting too involved with Josh.

What I meant was we didn’t see Oscar on the stall today or yesterday. I think he still works for Pet ahh , but only occasionally. You’d think he’d have to do more , but he seems to swerve a lot of it.
How is the chicken shop owner not realizing he has Bea sleeping there?
