Criminal Record series 2 starts on Apple on 22 April 2026

There isn't anything on the web site as yet, so not sure what time tomorrow it will be made available. And whether all episodes or if they will just drip feed 1 episode per week.

I watched the first episode last night. Or must have been after midnight I suppose given the release date is today.

Seems it will only be one new episode each week.

I have to say I thought it quite good. A better standard than so many of the 9pm slot dross.

And given that I couldn't remember anything of the first series felt it didn't detract from this episode.

Although I am sure if you are good at remember characters and their names it will give more depth to the plot as it seems some are going to or already have re-appeared.

Have now finished watching this, and found it quite interesting, more because the crime part was about online influencers and what happens when what they say transfer to IRL.

I think personal / personality clashes didn't work that well, and the ending was a cheat.

But I suppose as always its about creating the option for another series.
