Also has anyone noticed how the Tui man only has one expression - the quizzical raised eyebrow? He does it for the 'beach or pool?' one, the 'I'm not sharing my desert one' and the 'how about me in this blue shirt?' one.

I think he might have a slightly different expression to the 'how long can i stay under water for?' one, but possibly not. It's really starting to annoy me.

Joel is actually a really talented drummer (despite his choice of drumming instruments) and I think he’s just very eccentric. Juliette is awful towards him and is nasty.

Joel does not shut up. He talks all the time. He's like an eight year old boy telling you about lego or minecraft or something. Even in those tiny clips

I think it's just been constant for her and she's had enough. She wanted to get to know him and he introduced her to his teddy bear.

Also he reminds me of King George from Survivor who was equally full of himself and annoying. Funnily enough, he's also in The Amazing Race Australia and annoys me in that too so maybe it's me 😂

I do find Joel very annoying and I felt he escalated that whole thing, he could have been much calmer but he said quite inflametory things (IMHO) 'like I'm a star'.

However, I do think she is now behaving in a very petty manner and I don't like her much. But then, as i say, i am a terrible judge of character!

i think he talked about the ex to kind of big himself up, and it had the opposite affect.

I hope Juliette gets some home truths in the commitment ceremony by the experts. She is cruel and nasty. She is treating him like shit on her shoe.

It was quite obvious he was saying that she didn’t see the good in him. She then twisted his words and made it sound like he’d shouted “I’M THE STAR OF THE SHOW!”. She’s an idiot.

And I don’t believe there’s stuff we haven’t seen that would justify her horrible behavior. She’s simply just not a nice person.

Juliette has fucked up bigtime. She’s doing that thing where she thinks the audience will think she’s the hero for knocking him back, but she’s coming across as nasty and cruel to a bit of an oddbod.

Also I don’t think people should have to apologise to a “partner” about something they did or said before. They didn’t do it to aggrieve that person, so why should they say sorry? They might recognise it wasn’t the best thing to do, and acknowledge that. If someone bashing the drums with a dildo isn’t your cup of tea, don’t be with him. And for the love of god, stop saying ICK. You’re not 12.

The irony is that dildo drumming is infantile in that moment, but what Juliette is doing speaks to her character and the actual fibres of her being.

I cannot understand anyone defending her behaviour just because Joel is a bit different and talks a lot. He has not done One Mean Thing.

Although Scott did say they were memory photos, which I took to mean "here's me at Alice Springs (with my ex), here's me with a kangaroo (with my ex)". He had to delete over 500 photos including the one of the ex in saucy lingerie bending over .... Nah, pal. Gia, much as I hate her and I think an ultimatum is a childish thing to do, was right to walk.

She is incredibly naturally beautiful and fresh-faced which is so rare and lovely to see.

I was so mad that I agreed with Gia. I was ready to be outraged at her again - but yeh, I think she was right tbf. If my exes bits popped up on my boyfriends phone Id be pretty miffed, and I am soooo not the jealous type and would never dream of looking at his phone or saying he can't have pics of exes. But thats too far.

David and Alyssa are portrayed as very two dimensional aren’t they.

I couldn’t tell you anything about David’s personality, we barely see him talk and have no idea really how their relationship is developing.

I appreciate it might be just because they are boring and happy but it seems the only purpose they serve at the moment is to be a drama vehicle for Bec’s unraveling.

Weirdly against the general vibe on here, last night I really enjoyed Rachel and Steven’s family and friends bit, I thought it was all very positive and sweet and seemed genuine.
I am rooting for them and think they are proof that the show doesn’t have to be a cess pit ( but maybe not because most people seem to not like them or believe it’ll develop 🥴).
