Sky Atlantic added to package - any recommendations?

Sky Atlantic has been added to my VM package.

Does anyone who alreay have this channels have any recommendations.

I've already seen the Last of Us.

I've watched one episode of Dune Prophecy, which may be good, but sounds like everyone was standing behind a thick blanket while being recored (often happens with films though less likely tv )

Under Salt March - never heard of it ...

All Her Fault - not heard of this either ...

Ligas - nor this one ...

Only mentioning these are they are being shown over the weekend.

But as i have wanted to re-watch the Wire, may just start with that.

I have a notification of sky Atlantic on VM but when I clicked it took me to a payment page

I have VM, and have wondered about this too, although I'm not sure I really fancy many of the shows mentioned. I suspect VM are losing customers because of the prices they charge, so this is a bit of a sweetener. Although as PP point out, perhaps not such a big sweetener as it seemed at first glance.

Do you have Sky Entertainment as part of your current package? If you dont then you wont be part of this offer!

Unless they think they may make you add Sky Entertainment to your package as I now has 1 extra channel.

None of it makes sense.

I do know in the past if you are prepared to haggle when it is time to renew you sometimes get offers.

That's how I got Sky Entertainment, which I dont use as they now list films but dont say who made it, who the actors are, which year it was made. Just a tiny bit bonkers.

Yes, this. I’ve literally last week just negotiated a new package. According to the website I shouldn’t have been entitled to Netflix but they threw this as an extra so I think Sky Atlantic would have come as part of the same package. I wasn’t expecting it.

Edited to add, I don’t have Sky entertainment as part of my package, just the standard channels like comedy, arts and documentaries.

I started watching a new series on Sky Atlantic thinking (hoping) it would be a sort of Italian Noir.

It was terrble. It makes Montalbano look like a complete feminist!

Its like some sort of 70s macho nonsense.

Begining to wish VM had thrown in Netflix rather than Sky Atlantic.
