The last season of the show came to a dramatic end, with Grace's boss and nemesis Assistant Chief Constable Cassian Pewe, played by Sam Hoare, being revealed as a corrupt cop (https://www.radiotimes.com/tv/drama/grace-season-5-episode-3-twist-newsupdate/), who had been having an affair with Grace's dead wife, Sandy.

After revealing a host of new details about Sandy's disappearance and her gambling debts, which left her at the mercy of the Benchdale OCG.

Has anyone read the books? The tv series doesn't closely follow them so its quite strange watching it and things not happening.

Back in Graceland again! Things move pretty slow there, don't there. I often think Grace could be edited down to a hour-long show. Reminded me a lot of Gone, with the dodgy but-probably-not-guilty husband. What did I recognise the brother from, he was such a familiar face?

I didn’t love it have to say. I’m hoping Benchdale doesn’t drag on, like the Sandy storyline. I’m trying desperately to remember the books and failing 🙈

The books were great, a bit Luther like, scary.
Last night I felt like I was watching midsomer murders & the end bit where they’re all on the boat in Raybans 😂 me & dh burst out laughing.

I do love Grace but I don’t know if it was that episode or because I’ve been watching other things but it seemed a bit slow 🤔

It is always a bit slow! But in truth, Grace is not a very likeable character, is he? And this wedding is surely not going to happen!

ooo lovely, came to telly addicts looking for something to watch people are talking about. and seen this.. Love this show, I live very close to where its all filmed. I shall be watching this week.

Oh really, there is another police thing ive watched recently filmed in brighton, called Cuffs, think its on Netflix.. thats quite good and again, i like seeing all the familiar places, places ive been and still go to.

I loved cuffs , such a shame there was only ever one series.
