Danny and DANNI Dyer invest in a KENT caravan park facing scepticism they try to revive the spirit with a great British holiday

Priory Hill caravan Park on the Isle of Sheppey - they need to spend thousands reviving the parks Fortune in designing advertising billable sam motorist crossing the Isle of Sheppey.

That’s a big huge bridge they go over.

Meanwhile they have to get stuck into jobs around the park, including cleaning the caravans and mowing the grass.

this is semi near me so be interesting how they do

Seen them both now

OP posts:
DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 25/02/2026 16:29

Both episodes seen, I thought it was awful. The Dyers appears to be just taking the piss, and hamming it up for the cameras, with Danny just being Danny with all his "hello treacle" nonsense.

I don't think they have any real interest in making any improvements to the park and its occupants at all and just want to make a nice nostalgic TV program.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/02/2026 20:19

I think he put in his own money so hopefully wants to improve

tho a lot fucking and shit and was wondering if the older residents approved

tho things like lights working or a playground easily solved

DP and I are really enjoying it. He does make me laugh and Dani seems really sweet. I think he does want to help them but is compelled to put all the swagger on and all that.

I'd love the 70k caravan with that view!

Scorchio84 · 04/03/2026 01:32

I'm actually really enjoying this so far! My OH & I watched the first two episodes over the weekend, he is hamming it up but as has been said it's his own money so he's putting it where his "geezer" mouth is.. I was allergic to Danny Dyer before he became Fred in "Rivals" 😆

Blondeshavemorefun · 04/03/2026 02:31

I’m def enjoying it and do love Dani his daughter as well

i can't get over 70 grand for a caravan on that site.

FordExplorer · 06/03/2026 10:15

Read the OP 3 times and still don’t understand?

i can't get over 70 grand for a caravan on that site.

We had a chalet on Priory Hill for a couple of years, about 15 years ago. Apart from acquiring Nutts Farm it doesn't look like much as changed. We bought our chalet for £4000 did a little cosmetic work and sold it for the same price 2 years later.

I didn't think it was a bad price for the type of caravan it was, especially with the view it came with. If I had young kids and wanted to do it again (I very much don't!) I would probably choose a more lively site like a Haven or something. But as a now more mature person who would prefer something quieter, its not too bad a site. Leysdown doesn't have much there, and we liked it, but I agree its not for everyone.

I don't think the Dyers are taking it seriously enough tho, its all about the TV program for them I think. I'd be surprised if he will make on his investment.

Hi, what do you not understand? It’s a dire family the DAD and the daughter who both have the same name and if become part owner of primary Hill caravan Park?

So he has to put in money time and to make things work better like lights when it’s dark and different entertainment, et cetera

They’ve been mowing the grass daughter DANNI has been cleaning the caravan and because I’ve got empty plot they’ve been trying to sell them for around 70,000

Quoted wrong quote @FordExplorer do you not understand?

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 06/03/2026 10:48

@DeltaAlphaDelta79 sorry I quoted the wrong post. It’s really interesting that you had a place fair and how much cheaper it was so 15 years ago obviously 4000 was a lot of money.

Lol i did wonder until I saw your next post.

Yeah it was a bit of money then. We rented it out a bit and spent time there ourselves, but it needed more work doing to it, so decided it was better to get rid.

I think the chalets are still about the same price now, but lots have double glazed doors/windows and have had walls rebuilt to make them sturdier.

I do love a caravan park tho and its still my favourite type of holiday.

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2026 13:08
