In an attempt to be more vegan I made scrambled tofu. It was as disgusting as it sounds, my kitchen smells like an explosion in a stink bomb factory and I ended up going to the chippy.

I would like to learn to bone chicken wings - might buy a load and practice, then I can always make stock.
