I think the first one to give was the electrical wheelchair for a woman

but yes if thy got another part time job or worked evenings or stopped after 2 kids many families wouid be better off

I can believe it, it’s the same with Dogs Behaving Badly - I know someone who went on that and the crew wound the dog up at the start, got it all hyper so they could film it looking out of countdown, set scenes up like deliberately leaving food in the dog’s reach so they could film it “stealing” food and then at the end they wear the dog out so it barely has the energy to move and then hey presto … look at this well behaved calm dog!

I often feel like the ‘poor’ people in this are the type that just deliberately stay poor and don’t really care about it, and they can’t be bothered to do anything to change the situation, even simple things like doing a few more hours per week.

I think lots just go on Rich House Poor House to have a fun week, appear on TV and have a lump sum of money to spunk on stuff for that week.

Yes I think you are right. My mum died. I was devastated esp as I was with her when died - but I had to go to work as no choice and bills needed paying

I will say cleaning is hard physical work
