We are about to watch the final episode in the final series of Downton. Our little gang has previoulsy watched all the series of Our Girl, Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers and Spooks. We dipped a toe into Hustle then moved onto Downton which has kept us occupied in the comings and goings of the Crawley family.

Given what we know about CJ, do we think his attitude is affected by his difficult home life? Not exactly a happy bunny!

Smurf has got the manic stare on....

I didn't like him and then ddn't actually warm to him.but just felt a bit sorry for him as his story emergeded

Here they are ready to go to the FOB and CJ's got his headset on and for the first time we hear the "Stay focussed, stay alert, stay alive" prophetic words.

At least Molly gets her own tent and presumably somewhere of her own to sleep? I was never sure where her quarters were.

Never understood the fascination Maisie had for The Obnoxious Brat. At least Mollie had the excuse of being reminded of her kid sisters.

CJ has a track record of being obtuse. He doesn’t listen to Mollie now, and he won’t listen to Maisie in the future.
