Finished Tough Guy! DH thinks it hilarious as this is the most fiction I’ve read for ages.

Any good? Is next on my list.

Out of the three I've read probably my least favourite but still enjoyable. It's quite different and arguably less graphic than the others. Game Changer is probably my favourite.

The Long Game is way better than common goal and tough guy, I couldn’t wait to read it.

I watched his SNL episode, I won’t spoil anything, he was good despite the fact that as usual the sketches just aren’t funny.

I watched too. Tbf I was up anyway (long story) SNL is really not funny is it? I mean was great to see him. He clearly fully commits and has charisma in spades but the sketches were awful. It’s like watching a sixth form end of term review. He deserved better.

I’ve read out of sync. Stupidly. Read TLG first. I loved it though.

Its always like that, although usually the host is only in maybe 2-3 sketches at most, so it was nice to see him in all. It was also nice to see that one sketch was one he had created.

I’ve watched quite a few bits of the snl on TikTok. Maybe the humour just doesn’t translate well, but it’s really cringe. And trying to rescue the reputation of the American men’s hockey team was just sad.

it seems to have gone down as a wildly successful edition. Maybe we’re just too British to get the humour! It did showcase how talented Connor is and his monologue was good.

I haven’t seen all of it, but have seen a skit about Tourette’s which I thought was a bit shitty actually. And did he play any gay characters in any of the skits?

The accent trailer was the best thing and wasn’t even in the show!

I think SNL has been considered cringe by many Americans for a while, but it's a huge cultural institutionso it gets the views. I read some comments and in general the agreement is that writing was poor and the best sketch was the one that built on Connor's own. I haven't seen anything yet but I was imoressed by how different he looked in sketches and how easy it is to change his looks with hasty make up and a wig.

Since 5am yesterday (Sunday) Ive followed on all platforms - SNL, SNL after party, Actors Awards and now Vogue Adria photo shoot and videos - 11 on their grid in the last 2 hours! This is becoming my full time “hobby” along with reheating and reading MM romance!

I watched the whole series again today, I might tomorrow as well. Annual leave and I’m home alone. This time I wasn’t glued to every second but it’s such a great arc every time.

My husband is both concerned and taking advantage of my new obsession .

I don't think anyone has mentioned it, but I love the relationship between Kip and his dad. Very loving and affectionate.

It is lovely, I hope my relationship with my sons continues to be like that.

My very nearly 13 year old asked if we could watch a clockwork orange, I told him we could when he was 18 but I might need to leave the room for certain scenes. I can’t imagine watching heated rivalry other than firmly alone 🤣

I managed to get a copy of the Vogue Adria issue. This is both tragically sad and very exciting at the same time.
This Sunday Rachel Reid is doing a Q&A in London. Missed tickets for it but it is being live-streamed and I have a ticket for that which I’m looking forward to.

The amount of Connor Storrie we’ve had this last few days…..good god. I am giddy.

I have NEVER been so obsessed with a show. It is easily the best thing I have ever watched.
