Mark asked Phil to find out information around this grass , but Phil is a bit slow and only putting out ‘ feelers’ ! Considering he hasn’t done anything criminal or underhand for ages now , I’m not totally sure who he still knows who could help.
They might be better asking Jack and Jack .. oh , hang on. Maybe not !..

It was Jean who asked Julie to tutor lily. Once Nigel was horrible to her ( he called her a floozy or something I think , it wasn’t nice ) it was all forgotten about.
Irl , you would go with Lily to be tutored I suppose. That may be allowed, but it was a silly storyline.

Oh now there's a thought, asking Jack - he can tell them right away😅😄

The only time I remember Julie being 'at work' was when she interfered in a safeguarding issue at school last autumn - was it Joel? Or Avani? Anyway she was revealing info in the Vic. So it seems she did a term's work and then never went back and it has never been mentioned!

We did see Julie at school once, was it to do with Joel ? Or maybe Tommy? Or I may be wrong!
She got the job the same day she had the interview and we’ve seen her go off to work twice.

Maybe Julie’s whispering didn’t work out in a noisy classroom setting

Let’s face it, hardly any of them work. We’ve seen Linda cleaning and washing up , but E Laine doesn’t do a great deal. Zac has two jobs and still able to come on to Vicki and other random women.
Honey had been back in the shop a while now ,she must know about health and safety with ladders!
They both went off to lunch together as well .. ridiculous!
What Priya thinks Ravi does for money is a mystery.

No, the children in Julie’s class couldnt hear her! She had to be fired!
She’d make a good EE gangster. They all whisper.

Why didn’t Vicki sit in the gym office to do the memberships? They have a nice office.
Sharon would do well to employ her ! All probably too awkward now though.

Oh yes, the whispering probably got her sacked😆

I've remembered what the safeguarding incident was at school. Joel was showing pornography on his phone, Amy found out and they had a fight. Julie was talking about it to everyone in the Vic.

I thought the same about Vicki, why wasn't she sitting in the gym office with the paperwork - oh yes, it would have made it harder for Mark to skulk!

Sharon and Phil were always in that office ! It was actually a nice one.

Bea knew Russian? When was that - I must have missed something.

It was when they were in the mini mart. She knew one word of Russian (the word for those wooden dolls which stack inside each other). She might have had a set as a child.

It the way she said the correct word for the wooden dolls and it wasn’t Babooskha dolls ( or however you spell that word , cba to look it up !)
I know I’m off the mark, but she is definitely hiding a lot and shes not that pleasant !

If Bea was a spy they were really scraping the barrel!

It was interesting that Linda said Bea gets fixated with people, she's really latched on to Honey who will now not be able to get rid of her. Max had a lucky escape!

Yes, Bea had latched onto Honey hasn’t she.
Honey is peri menopausal and Bea will play on that too I guess.

Oh - “matryoshka”. The Russian doll bit of script was certainly a bit contrived to lever that in, but I still think Bea is only an international woman of mystery in her own head!

Highbury, yep, I’m way off the mark with the Russia connection , but it was just the way she said it!
They haven’t had any spies in it before (not that I remember)
Be funny if she was though ! Might turn into killing eve! ( or killing Suki !)

She is obviously going to try to take on Suki. Good luck with that😆

Bea won’t get too far with Suki I agree. She is formidable.

I think Patrick calling Oscar a Trueman is red herring. I think he is saying you are a true man, like a real man. They’ve been building up a friendship between the two of them and it’s something an older friend would say, no longer a boy but a true man.

I wonder if we will watch the New Year’s Day episode as it was shown last year , or if that was just a trailer and it’ll be shown slightly differently ? By then, we should know who Max is marrying ( at least ) and how he knows Mark and why Pet ahh isn’t going to the wedding and so on.

Maybe just my eyes but it looked like Phil was in front of a green screen when he was talking to Linda outside the knocking shop.

Steve McFadden was in panto for all of December, I wonder if he pre-recorded a big chunk of scenes to be slotted in (like that one).
