Whats good on apple TV?

If you like horror, I'd recommend The Changeling and The Shining Girls. Both are terrific.

Just to add I wouldn't waste time with Slow Horses or Pluribus.

But should have said yes to Murderbot, on many levels really good.

Although as with all things personal tastes vary.

I love the series given above including For All Mankind.
I would mention the film Finch. I really love it.

Yes I enjoyed Finch. Never would have thought I would like a Tom Hanks film, but well made.

In fact because of that I watched another of his films called Greyhound, which is a WWII film about escorting the passenger and cargo liners across the Atlantic. Scary, but much more "old school" action. Not pumped up bodies and male egos of current action films.

By contrast Blitz is really well made, and apart from a couple of scenes that are really upsetting, something that maybe youger people could watch and get an idea of being young in really difficult times.

Also The Banker. Based on real life about the problems and discrimination of an African American family trying to set themselves up as local bankers.

Almost everything on Apple TV is surprisingly good - emphasis on “almost”. Well made quality shows especially if you like Sci-fi.

Totally agree lots of style less substance in many of apple tv except ted lasso and slow horses both superb.

I just finished this, I thought it was brilliant.

Shrinking - it's an absolutely brilliant series, and Harrison Ford's deadpan comic timing is superb.

Slow Horses is terrific, obviously.

Shōgun is outstanding.

The New Look, set in Paris during WW2 but focused on the world of haute couture. Juliette Binoche superb as Coco Chanel
A weird one, it quite enjoyed Sugar with Colin Farrell

I felt really bereft when I had finished.

Dont think anything has come near how good this was.

i’ve tried watching ted lasso but it just irritated me. I seem to be an aberration with regards to that show!

Severance is literally the only thing that interested me on there. I think they have an overall poor/limited selection and I certainly won't be renewing after my free trial!

Definitely shrinking, and down cemetery road was brilliant. Also watched severance and The morning show.
