I thought the baby was Jack and Denise's - why can't it be?

I thought Max was sleeping with a pregnant woman and marrying one of the 3 possible Chelsea/Linda/Cindy and there's obviously another person who Max has pissed off enough to want to kidnap 2 of his kids.

I actually thought it was quite an explosive episode tbh 👏

If Ethan was Nicola’s , why is Jack n Jack looking after him and drinking a lot ? Denise had walked out.
Max previously saved Jimmy’s life and one other ?
Nicola had a crutch and a bad ankle. Where is her baby ?

I'm hoping Stacey is the pregnant woman in the shower , she wouldn't want to marry Max would she ?

Is Max involved in drugs dealing with Ravi ? Is Ravi dead ?

Who is in the grey coat ? Zac and Barney both have coats like that ........

hollyoaks did this when they had the long lost son of Myra make Myra choose between Jackie and Michaela or someone to die

I thought that was very anti-climatic. I know the point is to start the story and that there'll be clues all year but this episode was too vague and had too many characters, it just felt too messy / disjointed.

Maybe Oscar is with squiggle?? And jasmine drowns on the bus???

Max and Denise would be a huge stretch, even for EE! It's probably Chelsea he's marrying and that's why Libby is back.

Could it be pregnant Jasmine in bed with Max? Can't be the bride as he was on the phone to her saying I'll see you at the church. And Patrick said Oscar is a Trueman now. That would mean we've got another year of Jasmine though.

Could baby Ethan be Penny's and could Penny be dead?

Do we reckon the writers dont even know who each character is meant to be, and will decide just before next years deadline? 😄

My prediction is that the baby is penny’s and vinnies and there’s some sort of incident where Nicola (hurt ankle) is injured, vinnie dies, penny potentially dies but maybe goes away leaving the baby with jack, Ethan and jimmy survive and max is to blame. This explains why jack is in a state. I think the bride is Chelsea and jack and Denise and back to being on/off in their relationship as jack won’t support it. Ravi wants revenge for vinnie as he’s family, priya is using max (pregnant with ravis baby) to set him up and Ravi then takes revenge whilst hes being questioned to get to his kids. What a brilliant episode for a change!

Haven’t watched eastenders in years, but have been watching the festive episodes. I’m betting the pregnant woman in Max’s bed is Stacey.

Oscar and Squiggle is a good shout . then if it's their baby , Jack would look after him if Denise was AWOL and he didn't want to go to the wedding .

Can Jasmin be dead away then?

Whoever was in bed with him must have noticed the suit hanging up. They must know that he is getting married ! Who was the man in the jacket hanging around?
