I think this series has been the one with the most oddest music/song choice for the dance styles, which has done the celebrities no favours.

@EsmaCannonballwhilat I agree they also ways seem to dance to the same songs in musicals week. There’s only so many musicals, then that’s lessened by ones which you can dance ball room to, the lessened more by ones which most people have heard of and not that obscure. And are effective to set & costume etc

'Clinical' is exactly the problem with Amber's dancing, including in the Charleston.

She meant underdogs which I think is fair enough.

It was the best ‘Cell Block Tango’I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen quite a few.

As to the changed lyrics, might that be because it’s well before the 9pm watershed, if that still exists, and I believe ‘Strictly’ is family viewing in some households?

(Although why you’d censor the lyrics and not the moves I can’t explain.)

I was amused that I couldn’t understand some of the lyrics, and then glanced at the subtitles and realised that section isn’t usually in English anyway.
