Is anyone watching? I know the reviews aren’t good but I still find it very compelling watching!

Yeah I wasn’t convinced by the woman in second place! Was very odd

I saw she ruptured her Achilles tendon so fair enough and they cut a lot of the scene out so it looked like she was just like oh that hurts can’t continue. Cos I can’t see why else she wouldn’t even try when she was so close and neck and neck

i couldn’t believe Trinity just self eliminated like that. To do all that, get so far just to do that.

i didn’t mind who won as long as it wasn’t millionaire poker guy!

The last episode was very odd. It just didn't ring true that Trinity sacrificed his chances and the Police woman's achilles tendon gave way at the vital moment. Maybe I'm too suspicious but it felt as if things were being done for added drama - maybe they were ringers?

I love this programme but think producers focused far to much on some particular contestants (dad and daughter, NY cop for example). Why give so much attention. They are no more special than any of the other contestants.

It was also a bit odd how 183 poker guy stumbled randomly like that over nothing when he was all set for the win.

I really enjoyed the final, much better than s1 rock, paper, scissors. I was disappointed that the British woman never got to tell anyone about the poker player’s previous big win after he confided in her.

Well I've managed to spoiler myself by seeing something online..I am annoyed at perla winning, she has been someone I simply haven't taken too the whole way through,at Marbles I was hoping it would be the brother.(though obvious it wouldn't be)
I feel like zoe was set up to be the winner, if only she hadn't gone down the slide first (why???)
Sad trinity left but can understand why,however annoying for others who could have taken his place in the final,and found it odd that he wasnt chosen for the slide game yet nothing happened,no extra advantage or disadvantage just through to the next game.

Yes- that was so odd!
Maybe the whole thing is just fake. If you're giving 4 million dollars as a prize, can the makers of the program actually turn a profit?

I absolutely loved this one. I do laugh at lot at some of the “deaths” though but the games look fun. The huge snakes and ladders (well slides and ladders I guess) looked amazing to play. DH actually came through during the “catch” episode to see what was going on as I was yelling so much at it he thought I was watching footy. 🤣

Has anyone tried the real life squid challenge game? There is one in London and I was thinking of taking my ds to do it

I see that they are going to allow viewers to vote who they want from squid games the challenge 2 to be in the squid games 3 one. I see the twins made the top 5. Also Viper, the one who was let down by the player who refused to catch his ball for ages.

Aw I want to see Star Wars man have another go too! I didn’t like the way he was treated in the catch game but glad others had his back.
I’m not a fan of twosomes going in but I liked the mum and son from S1 - well until I watched a new reality programme on Netflix kind of like a mash up between squid games/I’m a celeb and Trey didn’t come across great on that.
Definitely would love to see Viper have another go.

What was that show you watched? That sounds like my sort of thing.(survivor being my favorite) tried watching beast games and stopped but might start again-did you watch?)

The one I watched was Battle Camp - it’s not great great 🤣 and is full of contestants from things like the mole, squid game etc. They have to do proper physical challenges and then vote each other - it’s an easy watch.

Yes if I vote I would vote Viper as well.

Oh yes I remember seeing that-i think I was put off because it's predominantly Americans? I cant watch American reality shows,tried US traitors and survivor and had to switch off.
Beast games is American but had players of other nationalities like squid games so I could tolerate it more but it is probably the reason I gave up! I would say it's squid game meets big brother lol
Strangely I love American authors and American series tv just not the reality shows.

Really couldn't warm to Perla, as it felt like she got ridiculously lucky and was quite bratty

E.g. her brother let her through in marbles, she wasn't picked in the present game, Trinity bailed (just WHY when youre so close??) And then poker man fell and the copper did her achilles

I said on the slide game to DH it feels like its all falling into to place for her.

The final felt really hollow with the falls. One maybe, but 2? Nah... especially as poker guy had a decent lead so could have been cautious
