HOUSEMATES COMPETE FOR ‘A PASS TO THE FINAL’
Big Brother gathers the Housemates in the Living Area.
Big Brother says, “Housemates, in the glass case before you sits one of Big Brother’s most valuable prizes, ‘A Pass to the Final'. Today, you will compete against each other in a series of rounds, and one of you will walk away with this coveted prize.”
“To be a true Big Brother Finalist, you can’t just survive your time in the House you have to have made an impact. In front of you are two bowls of white and red eyes, white eyeballs should be awarded to Housemates you feel have made the most positive impact on the House. Red eyeballs should be awarded to Housemates you feel have had the most negative impact.”
Each Housemate gets three eyes of each colour to hand out to the rest of the Housemates.
Jenny gives Emily one red eyeball. Jenny says, “Right, give Emily the first ball. She’s came in, Elsa and Marcus had it tough and that all because of things that was said between you and Farida about the outside.”
Jenny gives Emily a second red eyeball. Jenny says, “Emily, sorry. You’ve came in with a bit of outside noise, that’s the only thing I can give that that’s fair to.”
Jenny gives Emily a third eyeball. Jenny said, “And then I’ll just give the third one also, aye. Same reason.”
Marcus gives one eyeball to Jenny. Marcus says, “Right, this one’s brutal... certain situations regarding eyeball currency and phone calls home, I feel like…”
Jenny finishes his sentence, “Selfish.”
Elsa gives all three of her red eyeballs to Cameron. Elsa says, “I’m giving all three to Cameron because I haven’t really seen him doing much in the House…”
After the Housemates hand out their eyeballs, Big Brother says, “Housemates, each white eyeball is worth one point. Each red eyeball is worth… one point. Both white and red eyeballs will bring you one step closer to the final. Big Brother believed that any impact, good or bad, is better than no impact at all.”
IS THERE BEEF BETWEEN ELSA AND CAMERON?
Elsa and Marcus are in the Bedroom talking about the ‘A Pass to the Final’ task and Cameron.
Elsa says, “Do you know what it is for me? Cameron, he was fuming. Like don’t dish it out and not be able to take it back.”
Marcus says, “No, I know what you mean.”
Elsa says, “He’s sat there like [makes a disgusted face]. And he’s always f**king giving out little jarring comments as well. Like I could’ve been so petty and when I was stood up I could’ve been like ‘here’s two for two or here’s three for three’. Do you know what I mean? So the beef is back on I think.”
Marcus says, “It’s the weirded beef I’ve ever experienced in my life. Famer Cam…”
Elsa says, “I’m not beefing him…”
Marcus says, “You are!”
Elsa says, “He’s beef me.”
Marcus says, “Yous are both beefing each other. It takes two to make a beef.”
Elsa says, “It's hard cause we was really good friends… I’m not trying to take it personal, like it’s just bllst. Blls*t, I’m done because it’s blls**t…”
THE FINAL HURDLE TO SECURING A PLACE AS A BIG BROTHER FINALIST
The Housemates are gathered in the Living Area for one final challenge with two Housemates still in the running for ‘A Pass to the Final’.
Big Brother says, “A Housemate worthy of the final is one who can prove themselves when it matters most. It’s time for The Interrogation. One by one you will be grilled on why you should be a Big Brother Finalist. Once both interviews are completed, the six eliminated Housemates will deliberate in private together to decide who they believe is the most deserving.”
One at a time, each of the two Housemates, who are in the running for the space as a Big Brother Finalist, are grilled by their fellow Housemates.
The Housemates ask a range of questions including: “Do you believe you would make it to the final without a pass to the final? What would you do if you were in our position? Who would you pick? and “Do you think you would spend the money responsibly as opposed to how your opponent would?”
After careful deliberation, one Housemate says, “The reason we have chosen the one of you we have chosen is that we felt one of you spoke with such sincerity, depth of feeling and genuine quality, you both spoke in a genuine way but one we felt had the edge. We have decided unanimously to award the pass to the final to…”
