Alan will probably get his own talk show!

CaveMum · 29/10/2025 22:20

I still think Jonathan missed a trick in not bowing like Paul as he exited!

But it wouldn't be any harder for her than it is for him.

She just didnt want to do it.

He is a fool to give in and do it for her.

Cat is setting herself up for a win, by making sure Alan will be in view, while she is under the radar

It would be harder, because it’s a phrase that would seem far more obvious as she isn’t a flamboyant personality and doesn’t randomly say weird things. Alan does, so it is easier for him.

Hasn't he already had one?

No I think pp are right - its exactly the kind of nonsense Alan comes out with in over the top style, it would be much more obvious from Cat. Much as Alan was the one who could get away with touching Paloma’s face without drawing attention.

It will be much harder now the group is smaller but Alan still has a better chance of success than Cat.

JaneJeffer · 29/10/2025 22:21

Jonathan and his eyeliner 😂

Holluschickie · 29/10/2025 22:21

Minto111 · 29/10/2025 22:20

It shouldnt be based on "who can do it better".

They should all have to do one. Alan already has stuck his neck out. Cat has done nothing

Cat swung the vote to Jonathan. Which was necessary.

MrsScrubbingbrush · 29/10/2025 22:21

JewelleryCat · 29/10/2025 21:54

JR looked so shocked there when Cat voted for him

If they spent time watching people’s reactions when they are named at the round table they may have more clues as to who are the traitors. JR really looked shocked at that point.

Well the game isn't based on fairness, and it's up to those two to decide between them what to do.

Lottapianos · 29/10/2025 22:22

That was one of the most enjoyable hours of telly I've watched all year! A great exit from Jonathan 😁 he was a great player but time to go. Well done Cat for voting for him and Alan for backing her

CarefulN0w · 29/10/2025 22:22

CeliaFarts · 29/10/2025 22:17

It’s not her age, it’s that both she and Alan acknowledge she just couldn’t say that convincingly

It doesn’t help that she has denied all knowledge of most of the cultural references until now. It would be very suspicious if she suddenly started quoting Shakespeare.

You don't think that Cat is also thinking of herself, and she wants to stay under the radar?

It seems obvious to me.

Make Alan look awkward and suspicious again

Yes!! He could call it "Alan Carr: Chatty Man". 😀

PonkyPonky · 29/10/2025 22:23

I wanted to say this in the previous thread but it was full before I got there. For everyone saying they love David’s voice, he has a fantastic podcast called ‘journey through time’. I love a history podcast anyway but his voice is sooooo good to listen to. Really interesting topics as well

Alan had to back-pedal pretty quickly to go for Jonathan. I wonder if the others will pick up on that?

Yes - playing “fair” was exactly what the faithfuls were doing wrong, as Jonathan pointed out in the bridge challenge. It makes much more sense for the traitors to pick the murderer with the best chance of success. The fact that both challenges have been better fits for Alan is down to the producers.

Of course she's thinking of herself, they all are.

I guess he could choose not to do it, and they just don't murder that night. That'll make people think they recruited.

Of course she does, but Alan is the obvious choice - he even said that she couldn’t say it. Alan doing it gives both the traitors the best chance.

NCTDN · 29/10/2025 22:24

I don’t agree with some here. I thought Jonathan’s exit speech was awful.

Gingercar · 29/10/2025 22:25

AuntyAngela · 29/10/2025 22:23

Yes!! He could call it "Alan Carr: Chatty Man". 😀

🤔 Yes that could work.

Alan should be aware that Cat is thinking of herself. She made it very clear when alan asked her to vote the same way as Jonathan and Alan. He ought to keep it in mind that she’s not fully on his team.

Do you come away with more knowledge or just a pleasant lull from the voice? Apparently Bill Nighy has a podcast where he literally just chats shit and the audience just like listening to him.

Then of course there is Neil Nunes…

Why? He was just manipulating things till the last possible moment.

Lucy is much sharper and funnier on Uncloaked than she was in the game,

NCTDN · 29/10/2025 22:24

It was very him though 😁

He's certainly not everyone's cup of tea. I don't like him as such but he is very entertaining

Minto111 · 29/10/2025 22:26

I think alan is starting to look more suspicious as the show goes on.. the pressure of keeping a lie gets to people. He is looking stressed and defensive.

Has anyone played the traitors in real life with a games group. I have. I can usually tell when people are lying. They look nervous and guilty
