Brits really aren’t comfortable with directness, are they? Ruth got exactly the same comments, only wasn’t accused of ,bullying’ because of the difference in status between her and JR. Whereas people seem mostly fine with Alan’s default bitchiness.

I thought it was interesting that JR said that it was actually a relief when he was voted as he wouldn't have to lie any more! We forget that it must be pretty stressful to be living a lie for so long, especially as he actually knew a lot of those people.

It must be a lot more draining to be a traitor, always having to be alert to how a faithful would behave and think. Like Alan forgetting he had a shield at the RT.

ah just watching the recap, and it specifically says in their instructions that they have "to toast the player they want to murder". Not just make a toast, and then say their name afterwards as part of another sentence...
