Good though, as it has opened Nelly’s eyes at last to the real Steven. I can’t understand why he wasn’t kicked off the show ages ago, when his behaviour revealed his true character, or why he was ever selected to appear on it in the first place.

I doubt it. We'll know when she knows. There will be fireworks.

I also think the 'producers' mighht have told him to do so. I mean where did they get the Polaroid camera from, most people do not have them!

Steven purposely spoilt April with breakfast in bed with lots of laughs and fun etc knowing full well she will tell the ‘not so’ Ixperts hence turning it round on the fact that Nelly doesn’t bring out that “true” side of him. He knows full well what he was doing and showing to the public. He’s a total 🐀 Nelly should stop being a desperate 30+ female and dump his sorry arse!

I don’t think he is. I think he was unemployed during Mafs and now works at the financial ombudsman as an admin person.

Wasn't there a news story that said he lied about his job? Made himself out to be in a better position than the admin he really is "working his way up" despite having no qualifications. He can barely speak in coherent sentences and it annoys me he is likely taking a much coveted admin job from someone with an English degree.

Nelly is in a far better financial situation with her job. In fact the only person that probably earns less than Steven is April who is actually 31 (!) and works in a burger van. There's a few studies that suggest men with traditional values don't like women to earn more than them and it can break relationships, so that's likely something else attracting him to the bants lifestyle of hotdog lady.

I think the investment banker job is a huge exaggeration, he probably works as a cashier in his local NatWest.

Just rewatching this morning and seeing Crystal and Davide together in the sex shop, it struck me that they'd make beautiful babies!

I wouldn't put it past them. The longer I watch this show, the more I'm getting Hunger Games feels - it's basically the production team hurling as many grenades into these marriages as they can to try to break them up, all in the interest of 'drama'. I realise it's a game show, but I'm increasingly feeling put off by the cruelty shown to some contestants and the way others repeatedly get free passes to continue with arsehole behaviour.

It's not meant to be a game show but yes, that is what it has turned into. It's meant to be a "reality" show but you couldn't get further away from reality if you tried. John and Abi act like some advanced AI robot demons and they'll probably "win".

I’m still catching up and I know it was episodes ago but I really enjoyed the little bit of Joe when Bailey had spoken to him and then someone off screen questioned him.
He broke the fourth wall and was just outing it all as total bullshit, like he’d been away long enough for the fake cult like spell to be broken and couldn’t go back.

I’m not a fan of him or what he did to Maeve but I did find that very refreshing.

Also JR once again proving that despite her apparent shock and distress at Div shouting at her on honeymoon and her friends saying how they don’t do shouting was total bull shit.
