Does anyone know the name of this TV series?

Hi all,

Ive been trying for years to remember the name of this US TV series, but am stumped. Mumsnet may be able to help.

Clues:
It was set it LA and was a glamorous show. It was about a couple (mid 30s) who lived in a gorgeous, modern house with their 2/3 kids. The mum (main character) worked in something creative like PR. Their house was large, open plan with a pool and a nice pool house.

The couple split up and the dad moved to an apartment.

The mum’s friend came from out of town, and stayed in her pool house. She was a zany, extrovert character with red hair. I think after a while she overstayed her welcome (brought her daughter to also stay in the pool house) and then moved to the same apartment block as the dad.

I can’t remember where I watched it, maybe Netflix.

I liked it since it was glamorous, easy watching and I loved her modern house.

Any ideas?
