Big Brother informs the Secret Housemates that their ‘Eye Spy’ duties are now complete and it’s time for them to join the House.
After getting a surprise wakeup call by Emily, Sam and Farida, tensions quickly rise, and Farida rubs some of the Housemates the wrong way.
The Housemates are talking in the Kitchen. Farida is standing next to Elsa but talking about her to Feyisola.
Farida says, “She just needs to enjoy the experience more. Do you know what I mean? Because, not being funny, sometimes you can get wrapped up in relationships and forget to enjoy.”
Feyisola says, “The experience.”
Farida says, “Yeah… would you agree?”
Marcus says, “Yeah, wait but would you say that I’m enjoying it, or I could enjoy it more?”
Farida says, “Yeah, absolutely…”
Marcus continues, “Or just Elsa could enjoy it more?”
Farida says, “You know when they fall for someone they just get sucked in and suddenly everything else becomes a blur. None of this L-O-V-E.”
A few moments later, Farida joins another conversation.
Teja asks Elsa, “You alright?”
Elsa responds, “No, I’m not. I have a feeling he’s [Marcus] gonna back off now…”
Marcus and Tate are in the Snug debriefing on a disagreement in the Kitchen between Elsa, Caroline and himself.
Marcus says, “Ahhh. F*k’s sake man. I can’t be fked. Fk sake… Everyone’s just getting fking involved. That’s what’s p*sing me off, like it’s not even…”
Tate says, “Yeah, that would annoy me too.”
Marcus says, “It’s like, ‘mate, just shut up, it’s got nothing to do with any of yous’... I was saying like, all that’s been shown is just like, by the sounds of it, all I’ve been portrayed as is someone who’s following Elsa around.”
“And she’s obviously heard that and took that as I’m having a dig at her, which I wasn’t. And then, I see her speaking to Caroline and she’s looking over at me while speaking about me. Just say it to me, you’re in the kitchen, I can see you talking…”
Tate says, “Even if there was nothing said about you, it’s natural that you will jump to that conclusion.”
Marcus says, “Exactly. Yeah but, f*king, whatever. Just shut up Caroline, got f*k all to do with it anyway.”
Farida’s comments from earlier in the day have clearly gotten under Marcus’ skin. Is this going to affect his relationship with Elsa as she feared earlier?
The Housemates are in the Kitchen talking about having political discussions in the House.
Farida says, “…The thing is, sometimes you’re influenced. Like, for example, Teja, I would say, because you’re so young, you will be influenced by your peers…”
Later, in the Snug, Teja and Elsa are talking about Farida’s comment earlier in the day.
Teja says, “I’m ready to go home.”
Elsa says, “Really?”
Teja says, “Yeah. The comment that was made today by Farida just kinda knocked me ‘cause I was just like, ‘where have you got this from?’.”
Elsa says, “But what has that got to do with anything?”
Teja responds, “Well, I’m just confused. I’m just like, really? How is that, what’s that got to do with me being influenced? In that moment, I thought he was a weirdo. I didn’t think I need to sit down with her and be like ‘oh why did you think this and that about me?’ because, people that know me know that, know that is not true. So I wanna be home with people that actually know me.”
“I’ve never been questioned about being a follower or a sheep. That’s never something that’s been a thing. That’s something I pride myself on, is my opinions and that I’m strong in my opinions and I stand on what I believe in. So it’s like where the f**k…”
Elsa says, “Also, why do you care?”
Teja responds, “Yeah. I shouldn’t, that’s the thing, and I know that I shouldn’t.”
Elsa says, “Stick to your f*king opinions, Teja. Stick to your true self. Fking, buck it up. You’re not going anywhere. You are here for now, live in now. Fk anyone who thinks you’re f*king easily influenced because we don’t seek validation from the invalid, do we?”
Teja responds, “Okay. I know you’re right. No f*k them, fk what they’re thinking. I don’t value their opinion, you don’t know me from anywhere. So f*k off…”
