I can't say 100% but I thought they did the first transfer and Charity miscarried. She wanted to try again which caused the massive argument with Mackenzie and her sleeping with Ross. Then, like a week later, they went through the embryo transfer again.

Obviously I may have completely misremembered as we all seem to be bloody confused so happy to be corrected.
