It’s the Strictly 2025 video thread! The place we share all our favourite videos, old and new so that the main thread doesn’t grind to a halt!

So come share your favourites, I’ll start with our old favourite and then add a few of my personal gems…

First up we have Shirley Ballas and Michael Chapman demonstrating a beautiful basic rumba and showing that any man who can dance looks great, regardless of his size!

Michael is a 2-time World Open Professional Exhibition Champion (1992, 1994) so knows his stuff!

Next up is a jaw-dropping Argentine Tango I discovered only a year or so ago. This dance has everything (I think) a good AT needs, including that feeling that you are intruding on a private moment between a couple and should really avert your eyes!

I’ll finish with my personal favourite SCD routine - Karen & Mark’s AT. Just fabulous.

Since Gorka isn't going to be on this series much due to his judging commitments with Ballando, I give you the Argentine Tango group dance that he and Oksana led in 2016.

It works for me. I've watched the first two dances and she's very competent. Costumes seem to be better than Strictly's as well.

It just shows dark for me!

Dress like you’re going to a National Trust cafe, have a CD player in the corner, and produce something like that. That would get my vote every single week.

For those who don't think Dance Monkey will work as a Charleston. This pro's group dance proves otherwise.

I don't like the original song, but they did a big band version here, and it works.
