I am sure and hoping there is someone on Telly Addicts with good advice.
I have subscribed to Apple TV on and off for some time now, depending on sub offers etc.
Last month was the end of a 3 month offer, so being me Ieft it to the last day to unsubscribe, and of course there was an error on the system, so couldn't cancel in time. And couldn't see anyway of getting in touch with anyone. But I let it slide. 
So now I have 8 days to go to stop being resubscribed. So went to unsubscribe, and had a real problem as it was telling me my password wasnt my password. After 3 or 4 goes I got as far as them asking for my bank card security code to confirm that it was me, but it rejected it saying it was wrong. I have had the card for a number of years so the security code hasn't change. And they were able to take last month's full sub.
Anyone else had a problem like this? And if so is there actually a person I can talk to, because I cant sign into my account as it claims my bank card security code is wrong!
All the online support doesn't have any info about this type of clich.
I am just baffled.
