There was a poll on the local BBC site asking if people were watching after the latest revelations and sackings. Views seem mixed many saying its part it's best and needs to go, others saying they'll still watch it only fair to the contestants and many saying they couldn't care less about the GW/JT situation.

I can’t decide whether I think this is an unfair challenge for such an early stage. Presumably each of the semi finals will have their own critic’s task - it’s hard to think what Jay, Grace, Tom P-B and co will give them to do that’s comparable.
