I don’t enjoy the drugs storyline either and find it stressful to watch. But that prob means that for once ee is doing it well.

I’ve absolutely had enough of the okie/harry/ravi/kojo storyline, too. It’s dragging on too long.

Last night’s ending with Amy and the video today were different days. Joel wasn’t at school yesterday.

That was a very powerful episode. So disturbing what our children are exposed to by the Internet.
When we were teens it was a few dirty mags, now there is pornhub (and much much worse) all easy access on your phone or iPad.

Sharon was only saying her lines! I would imagine that the actress probably doesn’t believe any of this.
It was just a clumsy attempt of getting a debate started with them all. Even if it felt like a mumsnet ‘ aibu ‘ discussion piece !

It sounded like a public information film where they all looked at the camera and said their bit .

I thought it was clumsily done, but I know people liked it. Joel was good, but some of the other set pieces were a bit cringy. I just hope he doesn’t get away with it.

Joel actor is excellent
Good casting also as he is very baby faced , non threatening or non hench as my DD would say but utterly vile.
His father is a complete melt and useless as a parent tale as old as time

I agree. Joel and Vicki scene was incredible but the rest was so heavy handed and clumsy. You can see them in the writers' room listing out every possible point of view to make sure give a balanced episode, as if all opinions are of equal value. 🙄 Oh, and making sure Joel was "provoked" by women both times. Such a cop out.

But the closing scenes made me feel actually sick. Both actors deserve awards.
