I do rather like oscar. He’s funny and reminds me so much of max. I assume max will be coming back soon to see his son and maybe meet his daughter - she’s a mini max as well

The return of Max thing was bloody ridiculous. As if he’d still be chasing after Stacey plus they could hardly have had her back together with him seeing as she’s so devastated after the demise of poor Martin.

I agree: Max return felt very rushed and shoehorned into 2 episodes

I felt sorry for Oscar, Max is a terrible father and a selfish human, always has been. Lauren knows that but poor Oscar just wanted a father in his life.

Why was Cindy wearing white to their wedding? I missed an episode.

Most people, after five years apart, wouldn’t be too interested in digging up the past , but it was only a flimsy plot device so that Stacey could move on I guess.

She’s the absolute worst. I wish she’d just leave like she was so adamant about doing. Her and Kat can keep in touch off screen and spare everyone else from her god awful personality and acting.

I like Oscar, as a pp said, he’s better now he’s settled down. I always wondered if he was Max’ son irl (the actor begat the actor) until I googled it and found he’s not.
seeing them together in The Return of The Max, they’re very similar. I hope Max sticks around but also hope Zoe effs off, she’s an utter borefest in every way, visually, aurally, actorily, her clothes suck, her storyline doesn’t make an ounce of sense and she’s adding nothing to the show.
I always enjoyed the spark between Max and Stacey.

I hope that Zoe finds her son and they both go to live somewhere else. I doubt that anyone will miss her.
It’s taken away the story of Kat and Alfie and running the pub, we need more of them and less of her!
