As I say, this is the countdown to the end, now we're in the last week of the series. I think it finishes on 4th Aug... Just over a week away.

No clear winner(s) at the moment really, quite a few unlikeable contestants, and lots of arguments and discord! I'm almost looking forward to this series ending to be honest! 😆

Dejon is the biggest game player in there. He probably said Yaz to make it look like he didn't have a problem with Yaz, Toni and Shakira now that he knows they're the popular ones.

That was uncomfortable viewing the way he talks over Meg to shut her down when she's trying to have her say.

He gives me that impression that he is always in control but if he really lost control he’d be terrifying.

I do think her reaction to a challenge was ridiculous but his manner and his referencing that they are on a TV show and she should be aware of it and how they might be edited.

Dejon was bad - but Meg just couldn’t see the bigger picture when he was trying to warn her that quarrelling would make them look incompatible.

They make a terrible couple, and the producers took full advantage of that argument - right before the vote.

You mean when he was trying to warn her to act good onfront of the cameras so he could edge closer to 50K? Can't believe some people here think his behaviour wasn't that bad. The way he spoke to her was absolutely vile.

Mustard showing the exact behaviour I've seen festering from the start... vile person. I can see Meg's point about why did he have to choose Yasmin, as it does make her look like a dick. So Yasmin thinks Mustard is an awful person and she's glad she's not in a relationship with him... except she'd choose him if Jamie wasn't there? Wtf?

Going on tonight's show I'd actually like Angel and Ty to win, followed by Connor and Megan.

Helena seemed relieved to be going. Despite her leaving speeches, the past few days must have been sheer misery and torture for her - with no hope of improvement this late in the game.

And to see what appears to be a much better match for Harry. He’s definitely changed with Shakira.

I'm not sure taking the piss out of a name someone didn't even choose themselves is the crime of the century to be honest.

Also found it funny how Jamie seems to be totally institutionalised. A lot of his answers were regarding the villa... it's as if he's forgotten there's an outside world!

What I find unsettling is that Dejon never looks at Meg when he's arguing, starting straight ahead.

I'm no Meg fan but I'm glad she's getting an idea of what life with Dejon away from the cameras will be like.

He's be raised to think of himself as something real special.

Dejons brother has been slagging off Megs sister on TikTok.

I think Meg genuinely believed she’d found the man of her dreams, but tonight she saw the real Dejon. I feel really sorry for her. I don’t think winning was her top priority, but now she knows it’s all Dejon has ever really been interested in.

I would imagine that Dejon - as a tall, very muscular Black man, has received instruction, long before LI, on how to avoid being seen as ‘intimidating’ or threatening - to women in particular. That must make a decent quarrel with a tiny girlfriend, in front of cameras, difficult to navigate for him.

But also, all the men on LI look away from their partners when they’re conversing. I guess that’s just basic staging.

Helena left on a high. Blu, well, otherwise.

Dejon wasn't unmasked tonight, this is who he's always been - controlling and image-obsessed, and never letting a woman speak. Only one person has been mentioning the cameras and everyone's five minutes of fame since the start, and that's Dejon. Couldn't stand not to look like the strongest couple in the game so he cheated, then had a go at Meg because Blu told him she's unpopular with the public. He's so transparent, he hasn't even needed to wear a mask! He's the biggest swindler since Jake S7.
