I would love to discuss- there are some interesting participants this year!

I am obsessed with 90 days fiance, both the UK and US versions. So far they seem to be going with the same types as usual, older woman who might be getting duped by younger man, girl with jealous Turkish boyfriend, very similar so far to previous series. Will keep watching though as it's the ultimate switch your brain off TV.

Baked bean mask man is the horrible woman hating man from season 1 2.0. The one who thought himself hilarious and wanted a wife that worships him.

Zena is cracking me up, but for all the wrong reasons. Her reaction to the hotel was so rude and obnoxious.

Why do they always have to have a jealous Turkish man?

Why would baked bean bother going all the way to Brazil to be with someone who has kids if he didn't want to be step dad. Probably just wants to promote his political career

I think he got excited that there's a woman that's willing to be near him. Even if it is from across the globe.

Can't believe Zena would be so naive, another one I think is playing up to the camera for the publicity

The latest episode was so frustrating, mostly in that there's only 10 minutes of content stretched over 1 hour with endless repeats and intros.

Zena is being played so hard, she will soon be broke and alone. Bath bean mask man is just unpleasant. No wonder it took this long for a woman to take interest in him when he is this childish and mean.

can’t stand Mete with his donald duck voice and toddler hair and Shannon talking in his accent when she talks to him (like the Iranian man and woman from Yorkshire In the last series) and how he says ‘dahling’ all the time 🤬
Shorna the Mormon I’m sure is fake she can hardly keep a straight face when she’s talking about it
and I sure the man from the Gambia who wants £3k for a taxi and £2k to build her ‘dream home’ is also fake as I can’t believe anyone is that gullible ! She’s also not the best actor ! Made me laugh when she said she moved into an over 55’s apartment block and then wondered why the neighbours disliked her when she had rave parties 🤣
I don’t like Phin but I like Sandra she sticks up for herself and deserves better than him, so sad when they went back to the orphanage 😢
Love Arrah and Andy he seems like a genuine man and she is very sweet …and helps him whenever she can

@CalzoneOnLegs I am really struggling to find any of the participants tolerable this season, every single one is horrible, except for Andy, Arrah and Sandra so far. No idea on the one from Kent yet and her Italian Stallion, there hasn't been enough of them yet.

Zena is unbelievable. And so is Shorna and her shock at a 25 year old bloke that she used to have sex with suddenly being unimpressed with her celibacy. Really???

I think the UK version of it the editing is quite odd or they try to make things more dramatic when some relationships are fairly dull and it's just the same story with visas and so on, or the UK spouse sending or spending money.
Or some man who is socially awkward and can't find a woman here so goes for a woman in a 'poorer' place and probably making out they are much richer than they actually are 😂. Then go through the visa processes, the woman gets here and is disappointed as she's been sold a lie.

The usa version is more interesting I think

I wonder why I Love you Chicken isn't on this season. Have they divorced? They seemed to weirdly be genuinely in love.

What are you thinking of Zena? She strikes me as a sex tourist more than someone who is genuinely looking for love .

@dillite I saw a tik tok posted on Reddit about her, she is a sex tourist, she fooled me I thought she was just a nice fun loving lady, she has had a previous Gambian husband and in the tik tok she is trying to start a go fund me. But there is something so off about those two. He looks very untrustworthy and why does she insist on calling him ebrahim when his name is ebrima? It’s very jarring. I do believe the ‘warm welcome’ given by his sister (wife) was more ‘here is my meal ticket’ and those children are his as his explanation of all male relations are called ‘dad’ is utter BS, I think their sequences are fake, there is no way she would want to stay in such horrible conditions, which makes me sad that the Gambian people have to.

I’m finding this season very dull, I loved the previous 3, MVP’s being Emma and Hossein, though I felt so sad for Emma but she held her own brilliantly, and as you said Jose and Louise and their adorable baby Raoul, swear he is the most gorgoues baby ever. Jose was so entertaining and I loved Louise’s son being the voice of reason all the time. Also loved Charlotte from Southampton who was conned horribly by Johan in the DR he had loads of women on the go.
I'm revisiting the US ones at the moment !

Gosh, I had forgotten all about Charlotte and Johan! That was a nasty one- and I am sure that the producers knew that he was a conman.

I have seen theories that Zena's story is a re-enactment of her previous relationship with the Gambian conman- which would honestly explain all of the frankly awkward interactions between the two. And that "sister" was his wife, for sure.

I do hope that this season picks up- it feels like we are only getting about 10 minutes worth of actual new content every episode.

March me abroad is another one on discovery that I have recently got into. About Americans using overseas matchmakers to find them dates in other countries. Quite amusing. I love a proper serious drama but also love bringing plenty of trashy reality shows on Discovery. Have watched all the US and UK 90 days shows as well as Sister Wives and all the 600 on life and 1000lb sisters. I'm an addict!
