This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Mary is trying to get Mr Ross to see sense. She thinks Rose's motivation is not as it appears.

Ah, he is being noble to save her from the difficulties that a marriage would bring to them. Sad, but for the 1920's it is a realistic assessment.

Mary's friendship with Tony will be difficult whilst nasty valet is still in his job. She is going to ask Tony to dismiss him. That will be a test of how much he fancies her.

"Dinner on the table" well, I'd probably say that, but then Downton Abbey my house aint!

Mary now going to get involved in the Gillingham oroblem to try tohelp Anna

I would certainly say "Dinner in on the table". Mary is so patronising!

Here's the socialist teacher with her sniping about the upper classes. Tom does seem to attract forward types.

Tony takes Mary's word and agrees to sack nasty valet. Meanwhile, he has called off his engagement...the cad!

Mary tells Lord Gillingham to get rid of his valet.

Then she asks if he has called off the engagement with Mabel.

Lord Merton has sent lovely flowers for isabel. He must be a bit keen.

I do like Mary's outfit.

Gillingham. Will sack the valet. Still on about loving Mary

Now it's Downton bazar day, rather than Downton bizarre day!

Thomas doesn't seem to have pleased Lord G. Very romantic greeting from his Lirdship when hee sees Cora

Lord G and Thomas return from the new world - (as an aside, I've been watching The Gilded Age which is now in it's third series and starting to stray into the world of Cora and Robert when they first met in the 1880s and married - like The Buccaneers)

Daisy goes for a picnic with her 'Dad' and Alfred turns up to talk with Ivy.

Lord G is back, just in time for the bazaar.

What a ghastly hat Daisy is wearing! It doesn't suit her at all.

Mr .Avon is a very nice man and Daisy is lucky to have him in her life
