This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Please join us and share your thoughts if you have ever been a fan of Downton Abbey. We are currently on series four, episode eight.

I was watching the BBC revamp of Upstairs Downstairs last night. Shame it didn't take off, but it was difficult to compete with Downton at the same time.

Meanwhile, it's 1924 MacDonald is PM and Edith is longingly gazing at her daughter who is now living with the Pigman and his wife.

Downton is suffering with less staff and the costs. Ivy wasn't replaced.

So Robert and Cora married in 1890.

Edith is so besotted with Marigold, it makes the rest of the family uncomfortable. Must be awkward for Mrs Drew.

The wife is very naive about Marigold, or more to the point why Edith is visiting.

I'm surprised Mrs Drew isn't suspicious about whether Marigold is actually her husband's from an unfortunate liaison.
