Last night of our musical telethon... let our ears be filled with joy!

I've been abit of a lurker but enjoyed reading everyone's comments and have watched loads based on people's recommendations.

With Rod, yeah his voice wasn't the best but I wasn't bored watching him. Proper entertainer.

Going to stay to watch Olivia tonight but might turn over later for the prodigy.

I saw him live at a small venue last year, so got pretty close to the stage. His voice is amazing live!

I said that on last thread. Great sound, black and female. So good to have proper guitar based rock done by someone other than skinny white males ( although partial to them too).

Oh yeah saw them being interviewed but didn’t catch their name. Will definitely check them out.

I love the recommendations as well. For me these days festivals are about seeing a few old faves but mostly seeing the newer talent and how it stacks up live.

Never in my life have I seen anything like the Scissor Sisters performance and at 67 I now want to see them live.

They were fantastic a few weeks ago, I thought we'd really notice the absence of Ana Matronic but it was fine, I've never seen such good laser lighting at a gig. Just a joyous evening.
