What's on Disney+?

Disney+ are offering me a subscription at £1.99 a month. What's on Disney that's worth watching? I think The Penguin is still available – is it good? DP and I love gritty dramas and glossy things like The Undoing and Big Little Lies. Not so much into comedies or comedy dramas.

theres loads I love Disney plus, I find it better than Netflix at times

Ted Lasso. Worth it just for that (I will probably cancel once DS1 and I have finished watching).

Rivals and Paradise are the best things I’ve watched. I also enjoy Welcome To Wrexham

Rivals is good, didn’t expect much but enjoyed it. We’ve recently been watching a fairly lighthearted series called High Potential too.

Rivals is an 80s shagfest comedy, very tongue in cheek, David Tennant

Paradise I can’t say much about for spoilers but it’s about a Secret Service agent who works for the President

I enjoyed “dying for sex”

Ted Lasso is on Apple, for me.
Disney+ has The Bear which is definitely a gritty drama, although it's sold as comedy drama.

The only thing I've watched is Shardlake, which is now on ITV.

Cancelling now my free subscription has ended.

The Penguin is on Sky/Now.

Paradise might be worth a watch. Don't fancy Rivals. Tried Ted Lasso and didn't get it. I might have to let this deal go…

I just had it to watch all the American Horror Stories but I did enjoy ‘A Good American Family’ recently, about a family that adopt a child with dwarfism and it all falls apart in some pretty absurd ways.

i’ll keep it going for a bit as the Frozen musical from the West End is coming on soon, and my DS will love that.

It’s so good (gory, fyi), worth getting one month just to binge watch it a few times.

This offer is not ad free and the ads on Disney plus are very frequent and annoying. I would go the whole hog and get a proper ad free membership or not bother.
