I’m watching Jessica and Lois’s match and it’s really depressing how empty the stands are. It’s the world number 3 and she’s playing a French player which you would think would appeal to the French fans! I’m sure if Jessica was playing Harriet Dart on Centre Court at Wimbledon it would be a lot fuller than Chatrier is now. Where are they all?

I assume the tickets for Chatrier are sold out - must be frustrating for fans who would have loved to get tickets to see all these empty seats.

(I had forgotten that it was Lois that Harriet’s bitchy comments were about - when I mentioned Harriet in my previous comment I just picked someone who is around the same in the British rankings as Lois is in the French rankings! Wasn’t meant to be any sort of comment on that event!)

I hadn't realised at first either Chessie- I'm not sure when the penny dropped .

Lois was ranked in the 300s before the tournament- she is now just a handful of points behind Harriet in the live rankings.
