It’s finally done. Birmingham, UK now has an official internationally recognised Treaty of Friendship between us and (almost) all the other Birminghams of the world, from the smallest (Birmingham, New Jersey) to the biggest (Birmingham, Alabama) creating The United States of Birmingham. We drove thousands of miles across the US meeting mayors, council people, citizens, historic societies and more getting them to sign our treaty, which is now countersigned by our Lord Mayor and etched into history.
