This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. I'm not sure Lord G will like Mr Rochester as much when he learns he's becoming a German to divorce the unacknowledged wife.

Edith has powers over Mr R's business affairs and it looks like they are having a quiet night in....all night.

Edith and Michael Gregson. He is quite a charmer, even if he is married.

Lord G giving marital advice.

I believe that was Edith sneaking back into her Aunt's house at dawn.

Mr Batesvopening up to Lird G who is being very understanding and even jokes about how an English man usually handles this kind of thing ..don't you know

I thought she said "I feel your brain" - that worried me a bit

Lord G quizzes Bates about Edna's hasty departure.

Bates tells Lord G that he and Anna are having issues and that she is going to move back into the servants' quarters.

Mary says farewell to Tony

Tony is very persistent and I find it a bit annoying rather than endearing.

Mary declines Lord Gillingham's marriage proposal.

Rosamund gives Edith the third degree.

He's not really understood Mary when she told him originally she wasn't ready to remarry and has just gone for it anyway!

Oh dear Rosamund on the warpath..

Mary thinking long term again.

Rosamund tears a strip off Edith for coming back home in the early hours and lectures her on morality! Oh dear!

Well, that's it for another week. Anna and Mr Bates very unhappy, Edith warned that she may have regrets later, and Mary concerned that she may have made a mistake as well. Only Tom is thinking phew!

Plenty going on and the trailers suggest plenty still to come.

Yes, I'll be there. I realised why the DVD wouldn't play. It had a big chocolate imprint on it. I must have been eating a chocolate biscuit when I took it out of the box or something. Ooops!! I'll have to sign in earlier next week just in case.
