This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Very humble apologies from me Ilove and Rhu for my non appearance last night. Can’t quite believe it happened. I read the post from eejit earlier in the day and was all set to be on parade. However I was reading during the evening and must have fallen asleep around ten minutes to nine. Well that proved not to be just a little doze as I didn’t wake up till ten past ten. What was even worse though was I then promptly just got ready for bed and drifted off beautifully only to wake up at around midnight with the realisation that I had missed our rendezvous. Need I say that of course I then had trouble getting back to sleep! I will be with you next week I promise.

Don't worry about it Magi. I have somehow fallen into the bad habit of having more than 40 winks in the evening and I can't always get to sleep very quickly once I do go to bed. I never used to be like this when I was working. I put it down to retirement.
