a nurse and I am shocked by how badly managed it seems to be. The way the doctor has just spoken to a patient who’s been waiting three days is appalling!

Funny, I actually thought it was a really human response rather than than a ‘party line’ fob off. I thought he managed it in a really authentic and human manner
