Well the production team didn't (quite) fail in their duty of care to Carina. Thankfully.

Paul is a sleazy piece of 💩.
No surprise that Adrian is up for it.

I hope they make sure he leaves and doesn't punch through the door.

Carina was so upset about him sharing with Awhina, how could he think that she’ll be fine with him going on a date?

Production team let that argument go on too long. It was clear Paul wasn’t going to listen to Carina or give her space

That's a weird task though, they'd have had the potential other partners somewhere waiting in case the current Bride / Grooms said yes. While it's worked out really interesting (catastrophic) for the Paul & Carina couple, it was a damp squid for Beth & Teejay.

Because he wouldn't know the truth if it smacked him round the face and kicked him up the arse, wrote 'I'm the truth' in permanent marker on his face so he had to see it in the mirror everyday and followed him round with a microphone for the rest of his life shouting 'I'm the truth' at him.

As said upthread, this is about ratings not successful matches. Which is why some of the stunts and participant choices are questionable to say the least 😳

Paul is a total bellend! How hypocritical to think he punched a hole through a wall just because she went on a date with a rapper before she even set eyes on him and yet he can act like the sleeze ball he is! Total 🚩 run for the hills Carina.

If it was the other way round he’d have totally lost it.

Paul and Adrian like testing how far they can push Carina and Awhina and then try to bring them back with charm, deflection, etc. It’s a game to both of them where they get an ego boost from being able to win their partners over. So glad Carina is standing her ground on this, hope Awhina does the same

Now that’s pushing it 🤣 I’m thinking he’s going to go on the date FFS what’s wrong with these prats tho in one way it may finally drum some sense into Awinha and save her poor son from a life of misery

From what they were both saying on the couch, they’re only viewing it as a showmance. He’s made it clear he won’t move to Perth. She’s made it clear she won’t move to Sydney. Or have a long distance relationship.
