Celebrity Big Brother (ITV) and Late and Live (ITV2) - Thread 5 - Please expect spoilers.

So

Michael Fabricant was the first to be evicted. Mickey Rourke left next. Then Trisha was evicted, followed by Daley. Patsy and Jack have both survived two evictions.

We're going into the final week now, with the final airing on Friday 25th April!

Chris and Jojo are besties who flirt, apparently.

Ella is seething with jealousy at their relationship and seems to be whinging about it to anyone who will listen.

Before leaving, Daley dispensed advice to Ella about two contestants who know how to play the game. Ella has taken this to mean Chris and Jojo.

(We also know that Daley was speaking about Chris and Jojo, he said as much on l&l when he was evicted).

Chris has since been in tears at the allegations of him being a game player, and says that his friendship with Jojo is genuine.

The housemates passed their shopping task, which was to dress up as a member of a big brother family, which includes a mum, dad, grandparents, teens and toddlers. They now have a luxury shopping budget, after being on an economy one last week.

On Tuesday, there will be a triple eviction, and the housemates have nominated face to face: Ella, Angelica, Patsy, Jojo, Chris and Chesney were initially up, and in a surprise twist, one of the group was able to save themselves from the public vote. Jojo saved herself, and chose Danny to face eviction in her place. Jojo chose Danny.

So its: Ella, Angelica, Patsy, Chris and Danny up for eviction.

Upon being nominated so many times, Ella became upset and delivered her nominations with an unkind passion. She said that Chesney, as a man, should've protected her from Mickey Rourke and his sexist comments towards her. Mickey was upset by this and was comforted by Jojo and Chris.

Patsy nominated Ella and Angelica and mentioned that she thought that they were mean school girls who were bitching about her.

On Late and Live, we've had a week of Tiffany 'New York' Pollard (David's dead). She was... not afraid to speak her mind. This week, Oti Mabuse will be the house guest 🙌.

As before, It was impossible to avoid spoilers, so please expect them.

I was also a bit confused about the Daley thing. I'm not sure if we didn't see the whole conversation or not, you'd assume so though as it would be deemed interesting as Daley was inadvertently stirring the pot, but the way Ella recounted it made it sound so much more targeted and specific than it actually was. For a start, Daley didn't even use Chris and JoJo's names and what he said was a bit vague. Was anybody else actually even there? As when it was brought up Danny piped up and maybe somebody else and it made it seem like Daley had warned everybody, when I thought it was just Ella? Might be wrong though.

Angelica is my favourite too. There is something very decent and sincere about her.

Oh and I just remembered... Ella's other comment regarding somebody from another show had warned her about Chris... she was quite clearly referring to Olivia. I have no idea why chris didn't know this. He seemed oblivious to the fact he'd appeared in another show at all never mind the fact that Ella knows the girl he was in the show with 🤦‍♀️. Ella knew full well she was throwing Olivia under the bus by saying that... but Chris is possibly so thick he can't put 2 and 2 together 🤷‍♀️

She gets so, for want of a better word, emotional, and spills all of her thoughts in a chaotic way

She's only 24 so it makes sense

But she's willing to drag Olivia into her petty beef with Chris over gameplaying 🙄, ridiculous

Thats why i think she's being herself, other than an arranged showmance, she can't play the game

@mumofoneAlonebutokay. I agree Ella is probably being the most real of everyone in there which people always say they want but then they don’t really want it 😆

She isn't 'real' to anybody's face though and I think therein lies her problem!

But in real life that happens all the time; people are pleasant to each other and then go and have a moan about each other to someone else they get on better with!

Surely that's the definition of fake then 🤷‍♀️

Anyone else feeling a bit sorry for Ella? It won't be easy for her to come out and see what people have said about her. I think her tears were genuine yesterday, as if she knows she's messed things up but doesn't know what to do to make things better.

I completely agree with Jojo about the "bitches" comment. I hate it when men say it to women and that doesn't change if the man is gay. I also really feel for Danny. His outrageous campness is part of him, and it's difficult to manage the shame when part of your personality is shown to be problematic.

Chris telling Jojo to lick his shorts was bloody uncomfortable to watch. When he said "no, lick it you freak" Jojo didn't look particularly comfortable either. Ugh...

I'm really warming to Angellica, she's calm and warm and rational. I think she'd be a good friend. I really wasn't keen on her at first.

I can't figure Ella out. I think she uses her age as an excuse but then she does come across as quite childlike and not very bright. She does the little girl voice a lot and can seem vulnerable. I'm not sure if she's popular in Towie?

I love Jojo for saying she wouldn't lose sleep if Danny is evicted. Makes a change from the usual hand wringing, guilt and tears!

I never fail to be astonished by how upset people get about the whole nomination process. Especially the celebs, who really have nothing to even lose, as in a prize.

She should be used to it by now. I don't read much social media but I'm guessing she's had some pretty nasty comments made about her due to her behaviour in Towie. She's reined it in a bit in the last few series as she's been loved up and putting most of her effort into pretending she isn't obsessed with the men she's with, but when she was single she was a proper bitch to her girl pals most of the time.

Ah, OK. I don't watch Towie so I don't know her really, other than what they've shown on CBB.

Oh God I'd forgotten about Ali. I couldn't STAND her. Still can't. She wasn't a worthy winner IMO. Detested the woman! 😖

She was dangerous. At least Ella is seen as quite immature and nobody would take her that seriously. Ali was a mature, educated woman who used her profession to plant seeds into the other housemates minds. Poor Khaled.

Hmm, I can't say I'm surprised Ella isn't a great friend. It would've been interesting to see her around a young woman nearer her age who was 'competition'. I don't think she sees Jojo that way.
